Came up to bring disaster relief supplies to our cousin serving in the National Guard in Boone. Stopped in for a quick lunch while waiting and wow this place is awesome. Serving the community in its time of need, asking nothing for the food unless people can afford to donate, which of course we did. It was a set meal, but it was good food and not junk food. Lovely lady greeting you when you walk in and checking on us while we were there. If there were more people like those volunteering here in the world, the world would be a much better place. Thank you all for what you are doing! And for a lovely lunch, and for being such a Blessing to your community. ?

Love love love. I work at the Appalachian Antique Mall close by, and my coworkers and I stop in here for lunch multiple times a week. The staff is always so positive and friendly, the food is amazing, and the cause is even more amazing!! When I’m struggling financially I can count on farm cafe to give me a whole, filling, delicious meal for a very reasonable price, unlike most of the restaurants in the area. They also always have vegetarian/vegan options that taste just as good as the other options!

I LOVE Farm Cafe!!! The acronym stands for feed all regardless of means and you can donate what you think is fair for your meal. (they have a suggested donation amount if you are unsure what you should contribute) I have tried so many wonderful dishes with veggies I thought I would never eat! Thank you Farm for always having the best lunches! ❤️

The F.A.R.M. Cafe is without a doubt the best restaurant in the high country! The food is excellent and the creativity of the chef, Shane is out of this world! The amount of food you get for the price, you just can’t beat! Plus a lot of the food is locally grown. The community that this restaurant has brought and provides is great. The prices are fantastic and you can pay extra for someone in need! The menu changes daily with vegetarian and non vegetarian options! Highly recommended 10/10.
