This weekend we did a food tour in downtown Boone, NC. FizzEd was one of the stops on the tour, and we loved it. Our tour guide from Blue Ridge Food Tours pointed out the beautiful mural of Doc and Merle Watson on the side of the building as we made our way inside. Once we were seated, our tasting item arrived magically fast. We were treated to a pineapple mocktail and a pineapple mimosa. Our guide mentioned that FizzEd has a reputation in the downtown for having great mocktails and we totally see why. They nailed it. The drinks were fun, delicious, and beautifully garnished. Although the restaurant was busy in the holiday weekend, their service and staff were impressive. All the restaurant guests seemed happy, and very well cared for by the staff. The atmosphere of the place is fun, and family friendly. What a great place!

Cool little place that serves comfort food in downtown Boone. If you love Sloppy Joe's and Mac and Cheese, this is your place. The Sloppy Joe dip and chips is a crowd pleasing appetizer. They also have good, made in house, lemonade. It hit the spot on a cold night in the mountains.

They advertise themselves as a 'family bar' and it's true! Our kids love the fun drinks (especially the one with rock candy) and the adult beverages are tasty too. Great atmosphere and fun. They have table games available to bring over to your table and play (think UNO and similar).
Fizz Ed in Boone is such a fun stop. The drinks are so good, super refreshing, and lowkey addictive 😭🥤 Perfect little pick-me-up and the vibes are cute. Definitely worth the stop. ✨

Read great things about this place and wanted to give it a try. From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. Our server was also bartending but was attentive, helpful and made great margaritas. The food was creative, fresh and delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Our daughter goes to APP and we have enjoyed checking out the Boone food scene. This is now one of our favorites!

An absolute gem in downtown Boone. By far the best menu in Boone. There is something for everyone. And absolutely amazing for gluten free options. Almost their entire menu is gluten free/can be made gluten free (including the fried food)! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun atmosphere, delicious food and the nicest staff. 10/10
