I wanted to sincerely thank Mr. Tony Harmon, night manager at the Hardee’s in Boone, NC and if it was possible, I would leave him a 10 star review. On 12/19 at or around 7pm, my wife stopped and got us a couple of combo meals, only to realize when she got home, that there were missing items and that she had also been overcharged. She called and spoke with Tony and explained what happened and he said that if there was any way that we could stop by today (12/20), that he would be happy to make things right and did he ever! He gave us a huge discount, comped us a couple of apple pies and was MORE than generous with the food portions that we ordered, to include a generous portion of fresh hot fries. Hardee’s should be extremely proud to have a manager that is dedicated to customer service like Tony showed us, and would be extremely lucky to have 3 or 4 more employees just like him. Once again, thank you Tony for your kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make a simple, honest mistake right! We shall see you again very soon, and we’ll happily be arranging a time and place we can take you out for a meal of your choice! Merry Christmas pal, and thanks again!!

The service was fast. No smile with service. Employees seemed rushed but that comes with the territory. The chicken biscuit was extremely toxic. Within 45 minutes of eating it I have been on the toilet three times. Sanitary kitchens should be mandatory in the fast food industry. I'll not be back to this store. This is miserable trying to work from the toilet

Only three employees working on Saturday,Labor Day weekend, in Boone NC. All three did a wonderful job. One was working the drive through, one was making biscuits and some cooking, and the other was a young girl . This girl was taking orders, then going back and making up their orders for car line and front end, then she would come around and give us our orders and take more orders and repeat! Wow! I think she needs a huge raise. Hardee’s you have a valuable employee, please show her with a raise!

Hardee's has always been my go to for fast food breakfast. After 2020 and the old owners sold it, it was getting harder and harder to get good service OR food! Lately, they seemed to be on the rise again. They seem to have a good morning staff, the drive through person is learning folks names and addressing them by name when they pull in. The food is improving to previous expectations. All in all, as they currently stand, I whole heartedly recommend.
