Slowest Hardees ever!!!!!! I ordered in the drive thru and even tho there was NO CUSTOMERS or in the drive thru I had to pull forward and wait for 7 minutes. Then when I got my food it was cold!! I brought the food inside ans told them I waited 7 minutes for cold food and they said take it or leave it!!! They didn't even offer a refund, they just said tale it or leave it! Every employee there needs to be fired!!

While the service and atmosphere are top notch, the food and the prices here are just not up to the same standard I expect from other fast food places
We had a horrible experience dining here yesterday. The fries we ordered had twice the amount of salt, making them inedible. We requested a replacement, and the elderly lady working there was kind enough to replace them. However, we returned two large fries but received only one in return. The second time, the fries had no salt at all. The chicken tenders, wraps, and sandwiches all had a bitter taste. It seems like no one goes there for food anymore.
I can't speak for any other day of the week, but that Sunday morning crew is on point. Good service, and great biscuits, a lil crunchy on the outside but still light and fluffy on the inside... perfect. The bathrooms were dirty, but I don't plan on licking the floor, so it's fine with me.

Food was about average for chains like this. Customer service was okay, but they did offer to take our tray, which was really nice. All in all, a positive experience and I would go back.
The burgers where not hot, again.
