It’s Thursday March 7 at 17:50 ish) - I’ve been here waiting for a Door Dash, I’mNot complaining.I want to compliment, applaud, and praise the two working this evening!I used to work in Fast Food the challenge is absolutely real.There were literally 2 people working the ENTIRE Hardees tonight.Knowing that it’s the girl with the blonde highlights second day. She’s everywhere she can be, being as polite as possible. She was trying her hardest to put everything together while taking in all she can at one time. I know this isn’t easy especially on day 2!The woman in the back (she must be a manager) was cooking, training, delegating this one person to the best of her ability. She was being so thorough while multitasking so many things.Fry alarms going off, drive thru piping in consistently, cooking a variety of orders from hotdogs to chicken sandwiches, etc. So many things happening at once - but she was nailing it.Both of them were overwhelmed but, yet so patient with each other.Credit where credits due that’s all I gotta say. 5 stars to both of them.Even though the food was not mine- it was fresh, hot, and put together perfectly!I know tonight was NOT an easy shift.I hope you both know how much you two rock!

We got in line at 1020 on Sunday morning. 3 customers in front of us and it was 1032 and had to get lunch. Then went to get a soda, carbonation out. A girl tried to get Dr Pepper and it was out. Went to get Ketchup it was out. This restaurant is not prepared for the day. 20 minutes later we get food…Sounds like the crew needs a refresh training on how to prepare for a day.

Went through the drive through this morning to get my dad and I breakfast and the food was terrible. I ordered a loaded omelette biscuit combo and a biscuit and gravy combo. My loaded biscuit omelette was a dried up piece of flaky egg on a very dry biscuit. My father biscuit and gravy didn't even have sausage in the gravy. I won't be visiting this restaurant again terrible experience I just threw the food out I wouldn't even eat it. The only thing that was worth stopping for was the coffee. I hate that I paid over $20 for just coffee this morning
