I adore Hatchet! Such a cute spot and the drinks are always great. I always stop by when I'm in town to try new flavors. I have enjoyed their matcha in the past and recently really liked their honey bee latte. Would recommend the avocado toast, very flavorful and they do not skimp on the avocado. The people there are always super nice and provide good recommendations. They also have a lot of spacious seating and cute merch, as well as products from other small businesses. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place to have an early morning meeting with amazing coffee and food! A space constraint continue to grow from my office. We have resorted to meeting here for some of our early morning meetings and it has been great switch for us! Very friendly staff with yummy treats and delicious coffee.

I went here for the first time since moving to Boone and was immediately back the next day. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this coffee shop is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. They have some merch to buy, and I couldn't resist getting one of their mugs because they are so pretty. The coffee is so good and I tried their breakfast burrito, which was vegetarian (yay!) and so so tasty. The staff are also very friendly, the overall vibes here are just immaculate.
