Excellent smoked items. I ordered the sampler platter and tried them all. The pulled pork and brisket were very good. The ribs were delicious. However, the pulled chicken was too dry for me, and I was surprised it came as white meat. I much prefer dark, especially when slow cooked. Sides were okay.
They were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Great people.
The wood booth/bench wasn’t so comfortable.

Sunday night. The sign on the door and online says they are open until 10:00 pm. I arrived at 8:40 and the door was locked, employees were cleaning and closing inside. I left a function early so so could get here in plenty of time. I won’t do that ever again.

I feel like the best thing about this place it's that it is a combination of really great people coupled with really great barbecue. I'm not an expert on barbecue so I can't speak to how it compares across the spectrum of options out there, but my egg and cheese sandwich with Whatever Apple flavored sausage link was unbelievable. I wish I remembered the actual flavors they put into it because it was super detailed, and it tasted super great! I had the egg and cheese with the brisket as well and it was good but the sausage was unbelievable. Also had fried green beans and hush puppies and french fries. Got to meet the owners as well and they were about as authentic as they come, hours and hours literally in the kitchen on a Sunday making sure things came out just right

Very cool little joint with roof top seating. We asked for brisket but they didn't have any that day. So we opted pork sliders. Which were okay. Funky fries are just twisted fries. But the smoke corn was excellent. It's actually about half an ear. But that's good because it had a kick. Good drinks. Prices are fair. Place was clean, service was awesome and fast. Had a nice vibe.

they are so so polite and nice there; the bouncers are so unbelievably friendly and understanding, EVEN when doing their job. it’s so appreciated and they go above and beyond and don’t go out of their way to be mean or cruel. even when asking people to leave! it’s very respectful and professional i’ve never seen anything like it

I grew up here, I have driven across country nine times I've eaten barbecue from here to California down to Guatemala and I have never found a barbecue restaurant that will charge you for the barbecue sauce. Honestly outside of my frustration with the fact that you guys charge for your barbecue sauce this restaurant for barbecue is fairly mediocre nothing special it's really overcharged and I won't be back because I'm never paying for a side of barbecue sauce at a barbecue restaurant when I'm ordering ribs. enough said

Howard Station catered our wedding at Firerock Station this past weekend and the food was PHENOMENAL! We had multiple guests that said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, and our guests are still talking about it after. I have Celiacs Disease and they made sure that I had some options. Deja was an absolute pleasure to work with and made everything a breeze for us. Thank you Howard Station for being so great! ❤️
