My husband and I stopped by here for the first time and absolutely loved it. We had bbq cheese fries with the traditional bbq sauce and it came with Carolina bbq sauce as well which I can’t stand vinegar base but this was amazing. We also ordered the tacos, pork and chicken with blueberry chipotle sauce and smoked Mac and cheese and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be coming back again.

popped in for some pulled pork while in town for a concert and i’m so glad i chose this spot! my waitress, Emma, was super attentive and friendly with her service, gave me brief facts about the restaurant and listed the daily specials. the food was GREAT! i got the pulled pork sandwich with hush puppies and the pepper jack cheese curds and couldn’t get enough!! would definitely come back in the future (:

We had a very excellent experience at Howard Station. The moment we arrived, Alaina welcomed us and made us feel at home. She is very friendly, the food arrived quickly. The food was excellent and service was top notch. She even offered to go drink when we are done. This restaurant will be our go to place to eat when we are in town
When I think Boone, NC—I think of Howard Station. I first tried it in 2023, but since—every time I come to Boone, I have to have either the brisket or pulled pork. Don’t let that deter you from the wings, they’re also amazing! Everything is full of smoke flavor. You can even smell it a street away most times. This place is great.
