Often times in chain establishments and corporate atmospheres this is lost upon the customer! This is not the case for the Boone, North Carolina store! Top notch customer service!!

I drove 1 hour to get pizza for my sons birthday i was trying to order deep dish pizzas which I did not get when I called them back to get it corrected I was told it would be 6 hours before I icould get that pizza so I had someone else call and try to order that which they could so I feel like I was lied to. I dont know what kind of staff they have working there but apparently zhe, are not honest. I doubt I will ever go back there againAnd don't bother calling that number they never return your call or do anything about it apparently the message is automated
Asked for a couple waters with delivery, driver brought a case of water then over charged. Food is good, delivery speed is also good . So not all negative

Amazing place to stop and eat. Have been here several times and was never dissapointed.Food has been consistant and always tastes good. Service may be a bit slow due to lack of staff, but the staff are always kind and do their best to get it out :)Parking: Not a lot of spots but its normally enough to get in. Not good for large vehicles so be careful if using a larger truck.
