Food is always good. However they need more staff visited on a sunday and poor girls working had to handle a busy restaurant on a sunday with only 3 waitresses. Come on ihop pay a bit more so you can retain good staff.

Heidi was amazing but even the manager didn’t check up on us after our waitress’ shift ended. Worst experience ever, we were like the only customers in the store. Don’t waste your time, if you want breakfast food go somewhere else.

The food was really good. The waitress was really nice and apologetic for the long wait time. The atmosphere is fine however it is extremely cold. I will come back, great service and food.

Horrible experience at this location! They were severely understaffed, we had to wait almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged to be seated, the waiter tried to rush us through the entire ordering and meal process, they got our order wrong, forgot our silverware, had to be reminded of several items they forgot, attempted to have us pay for the wrong order items, and the waiter kept reaching over us/asking us to pass over syrups to refill even though this was a 24 hr location time. I have previously been to this location and had a wonderful dining experience however this is no longer the case. This is the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. If I could, I would give it a negative rating.

Awful!!! We were told it would be15min to be seated. We waited 30-40 min. Others were called back before us. They didn't seem to have much help. And the lady in the blue shirt was rude, and skipped us. She said she called our names, which she did not and others waiting said the same thing. That was the worst IHOP I've ever been to with ridiculously poor customer service.

Extremely slow service only one table seated the rest are dirty. Have to wait and wait to be seated. Usually a long wait line at the door from waiting on someone to bus tables. Then finally order wait about an hour on eggs and bacon. Over all about 2 hours to eat a simple meal.

This is probably a good resturant. The day we went was after a big football game and some of the help had laid out. It took a little while to get our food but when we did it was great. Service was friendly.

This place was SO busy yesterday but the hostess was so nice and super friendly and efficient at her job! Our waitress, Sharon, was just fabulous! The food was delicious! It seemed they may have been a little under staffed but the ones that were there were all on board and working hard! Kept good attitudes towards customers! We will visit again for sure!

15 minutes for drinks. 40 minutes for breakfast food. There were only two occupied tables when we arrived so it wasn't busy at all. My wife asked for crispy bacon and it was not even close. Hopefully today was just a bad day here.
