What is better after a long day of traveling than having warm cookies and milk delivered to your hotel room? They have several vegan options and for a small up charge will wrap each cookie separately so they don’t risk cross contamination. My son has food allergies and is absolutely obsessed with their vegan birthday cake cookies. It’s a great treat for him to be able to safely order dairy and egg free cookies and oat milk.

I purchase a 10" cookie for my daughters birthday last year with an wonderful associate over the phone and had it delivered. It was awesome. I purchased another one this year and I am very disappointed. First we did have a little bit of a delivery time change as my daughter was not going to be there at the expected time and the associate worked with us to change it no problem. We were happy with that. But, I was originally surprised they did not have Happy Birthday writing or edible sheets available for the top of the cookie and worked my way around it. But when she sent us a picture of the cookie we were shocked! $45 for a 10" cookie is crazy but really crazy when they look like this and it was for a birthday. I will no longer purchase from Insomnia Cookies again.

I was super excited to go here. Someone had recommended it. This was a small cozy place. The smell when you walk in is delicious. They have a few places to sit. The lady that took our was really nice. She was very knowledgeable about the place. We took our order to go. They also offer deliveries. I ordered around 6 cookies. The cookies were just ok. I felt like I could do the same at home and for a lot less money. I also had brownie. And it was just like the cookies, just ok. The best way to eat these was warm.
Parking: We had to park across the street. It actually was for another business. We made our visit short because we were afraid of being towed. I didn't see any parking for here but I just might not have been looking at the right spot.
No one seems to work here and when they do, they don't bake the cookies to order.

I usually buy from App Cookie Co, and now I remember why. Although Insomnia is open later, it's really not worth it - unless you wanna risk eating slugs.I recently placed an order online. I requested 4 items, but only 1 cookie was what I actually ordered. Rather than call me to let me know they were sold out of a flavor I wanted, they shoved a bunch of random stuff in the box instead. I wouldn't mind this if I had gotten to choose what cookies I got as replacements, but they didn't bother to check!I called to figure out what happened, and was told 2 of the ones I wanted were sold out. When I asked about the 3rd incorrect item, which was originally a brownie, I was told they did have that one still in stock. Which is weird considering I didn't receive that part of my order either. When I pointed this out, the person on the phone rudely brushed me off and said they'd just refund me. I asked if they could send a replacement brownie instead, since that was in stock still and I was less worried about the money. I was told that would be too difficult, so they'd just do the refund. Even my roommate, who heard this exchange over speaker, was surprised by how rude they were about it.I was about to delete my first draft of this review, because they eventually DID end up sending extra brownies as a replacement. However, a bite or two in, I noticed something moving on the inside of the box lid. It was a slug?!? How on earth does that happen?? The box was not outside long enough for it to crawl in, because I heard the knock and saw the delivery car drive off. So now I'm frustrated with their service AND concerned for health/safety.Overall just a terrible experience. Absolutely never returning here!
