First and foremost I went to pick my order up and this is chili’s restaurant. I got confused following the gps because why would they make it seem like they are a wing food chain. The wings are gmo, I can see every single bone through the meat. It’s weird and it don’t have taste other than the seasonings. This is fraud and false advertisement to get more money because people clearly don’t order Chili’s wings! The chilli’s fries were good tho smh

The food is okay but they've never once gotten an order correct and they seriously rip you off. You can't get anyone's attention when picking up the order so you have to stand at the counter forever to get the order they made fixed.

I've ordered on doordash from a few it's just wings locations, this one included, but when I got dinner (bone in wings, 2 orders of 12, fully sauced no dry rubs), they came covered in NO SAUCE. Just fry seasoning. Making the wings dry and almost inedible. I'm leaving 3 stars instead of one because of my past positive experiences with them.

This is the prettiest Chili’s we’ve been to. Our server, Sara, was top notch! Excellent service and great tasting food. Can’t go wrong with their lunch menu. Great prices. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to go out on the spur of the moment, and chose Chili's because we hadn't been there recently. He was reluctant at first, because he had the idea it was a Mexican restaurant, which is not to his taste. I convinced him that Southwest Cuisine isn't necessarily just Mexican, and we're both glad we went. The server was prompt and professional. Hubby had a burger, which he said was very good, and I had a Triple Dipper - combo of Southwest Eggrolls, mini Big Mouth burgers, and honey chipotle chicken pieces with dipping sauces. Delicious! I had leftovers for the next day's lunch.

We had a lovely meal and great service when we visited. Food was delicious and arrived in good time. Service was excellent and the girl looking after is was very attentive despite looking after multiple tables. There were staff being trained during our visit so hopefully that will help with the issues that other reviewers faced on their visits.
