This employee is running the entire store by herself.

The slow service is not her fault. It’s the owners fault for not hiring And tracking their staffing appropriately as well as not stepping in when needed on days like this.

Owner- you are destroying a beautiful trademark by not keeping track of your team. I have been waiting for 30mins for two smoothies. Read all the reviewed this has bees the theme for too long.

Owner- you should be here protecting your investment.

Please let u all know where you are with staffing.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Food is what you expect but this is the slowest service I've ever experienced. I am currently at the window and have paid. I've been waiting for over 30min for two smoothies and two pretzels.

Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but this place is not run well.

Alexis and Avery are the BEST! They were so helpful and patient. The app doesn’t work right, which is frustrating. The store itself doesn’t have a scanner yet (corporate needs to fix that asap), and those 2 employees just smile and work through the obviously frustrating situation. Kudos to Alexis and Avery for making my day 100x better by just being kind humans!!!

Service is great and employees are great. HOWEVER. Prices have gone up significantly in the past couple months. I used to pay less than $8 for a large smoothie. I ordered a medium and it was almost $10. As someone who visits multiple times per week, you no longer have my business. Be aware that prices on menu in drive thru do not reflect these price hikes either. Owners Haver, Sheena, Neiger, Cooper, Rea, and Heisler: You should be ashamed.

The Orange Dream Machine smoothies at our local Jamba are so delicious. I try to grab one at least every week. Andrea is always super friendly and helpful. There are loads of other delicious options and the ability to customize!

The pretzels are amazing, lots of smoothie options and the staff are really friendly and attentive. I had an issue with a credit card payment and the manager followed up promptly and sorted it out. Yes, sometimes it takes a bit longer for the fresh pretzels to come out, but they have to be baked.

20 minutes for a smoothie, really? When there were only 2 other people in the shop who had already ordered and received their order? They didn't know what they were doing and no apology for the delay even when the drink had been sitting on their back counter. It took several minutes just to get eye contact with one of the employees so we could talk to them, they were studiously trying to ignore us.I was really excited to have them in town but doubt I will go back. They've been open long enough to work through any openings issues.
