I’m sorry to share a 1 star review. My husband went to Jersey Mike’s to order 2 Philly Cheesesteak subs. He waited in line 25 minutes, got to the counter, ordered a Philly cheesesteak and she said they weren’t doing hot subs. It would have gone a long way for them to simply put up a sign saying “No Hot Subs.” She didn’t apologize and didn’t seem to welcome the suggestion to put a sign on the door. Very unfortunate service.

Wife and I ordered on the app and came 15 minutes later and got the two subs we took home. Sandwiches were absolutely awesome tasting so no issue. Admittedly the store doesn't look super new or even super inviting but, you know, it's a sandwich shop; who cares? Sandwich taste and value was excellent.

Seemed much dirtier then usual. The man at the grill who was making my sandwich adjusted a dusty round fan to point towards the grill, he then continued to make the sandwich with the same gloves on. When he had to put the cheese on with those same gloves I really didn't want the sandwich anymore. I was disgusted by the fact of how dusty the fan looked that was blowing on the grill but also that he touched the fan and then the ingredients for my sandwich.

Purchased a Giant Turkey and Provolone Sub yesterday. The tomatoes were literally rotten, the lettuce wilted and brown, very few slices of turkey and stale bread that crumbled everywhere. We've been buying subs from this Boone, NC location for years and never had this happen before. So, we just threw the whole sub that cost $16.00 in the trash. Fresh ingredients should always be a priority!!!

The quality (awful looking lettuce and other veggies, stale bread, etc.) and value (not much of a sandwich for the money) were severely lacking.The person greeting and taking orders was friendly and welcoming, but she needs help.
