Like the others who have reported food poisoning last weekend, I too went to hospital with norovirus after eating here last Friday, it’s the only place I went out to eat that week. 12 hours after eating there I was sick and four hours after that in hospital. I do not believe they are washing hands.

10 of my coworkers and I ate jimmy johns over this past weekend. All of us within 24 hours have been violently sick throwing up all night with fevers. We all have contracted food poisoning from this location. Norovirus has also been going around boone like wildfire and I believe this possibly could have been what we have contracted.

The food was amazing as per usual but the one thing that made me want to write a review was the delivery driver, Jeramiah. He made sure my items were not crushed or anything, and his overall attitude was super positive!

I visited this location recently, compared to the downtown one it is run poorly and inefficiently. I've never had slow service at a Jimmy Johns before, and they ask if you want to tip, which also has never happened at a JJ's before. It wouldn't bug me so much but they screwed up my order, wouldn't recommend this location.

I am annoyed at the poor customer service. They were out of lil John bread and had a sign on the speaker. I asked what other options for smaller sizes and the response was 6 inch and 12 inch only. What about a shorter one? Dare make a 4 in? A trim on the side to make it smaller? Apparently not. Instead, it would be a full size sandwich cost for a 4 year olds turkey and tomato..I'll give two stars not outwardly rude though I could hear the push back...with the six staff, mostly sitting down, waiting for a to go order, they couldn't all be bothered.

I have asked for mustard on my sandwich several times. Never happens. I go inside and there are literally seven people behind the counter working and no one remembered the mustard? It’s service like this that is giving millennials such a bad rap.
