I ordered a combo for delivery, called 30 minutes later to ask if they would be on the way soon. They let me know they didn’t have a driver yet. After the call, the put my order through as out for delivery even though it hasn’t been sent out yet. I live less than 10 minutes from the store and don’t have a car to pick it up. It’s now marked delivered and I still don’t have my food over an hour later. If they do not have a delivery driver, they shouldn’t be accepting delivery orders. I don’t like to leave 1 star reviews and I absolutely love Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but this location is unfortunately trash. Freaky Fast my a**.

Always love the food but the girl in there tonight needs to check her attitude. Asked a simple question after ordering and tipping and was a complete inconvenience to her. I’m sure much more deserving people need your job. You should give respect to a paying and tipping customer or go work at McDonald’s.

Placed an order for delivery around 1pm. Didn't have it at 2:30 so I called them. They told me it was on the way. At 3:30 I still didn't have my food so I called again and was told it was never picked up by a delivery driver. I asked why that was and the person on the phone said it 'wasn't their fault' and they 'couldn't help' me.

Insane to hear that I can't get a sandwich delivered from a business whose entire platform is quickly delivering sandwiches.

Went to pickup my order, cashier exclaimed, if it’s wrong it’s our fault since the gm and managers are here! Had no idea what she was talking about. Asked if chips drinks and sandwich were in the sealed bag and she said yes. Of course when I get home to open no chips, sandwich is wrong. Expensive for not getting what you ordered.

Candance and Eternity ROCK!! this was the cleanest tastiest jimmy johns I have EVER been in the food was fresh the bread was fresh and the service was freaky fast!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at this Jimmy John’s location. My visit on 01/01/25 at approximately 7:45 PM was nothing short of a health and customer service nightmare.

The two male employees on duty were sitting at a table, chatting away and drinking soda as if they were on a break. The moment we walked in to order two sandwiches to-go, they acted as though we were an inconvenience. What followed was outright disgusting:
• Both employees were coughing incessantly—neither of them wore masks.
• They prepared our food by simply putting on gloves without washing or sanitizing their hands.
• Their behavior was rude and unprofessional. When I requested a bag for our sandwiches, one of them dismissively pointed to the counter and told me to “take one.”
• The overpowering smell of cigarettes was nauseating, and their coughing over the food was appalling.

The next day, both myself and my companion woke up with stuffy noses, which we can only assume was caused by their complete disregard for basic hygiene protocols. This was not only disgusting but a blatant health violation.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Watauga County Health Department. The behavior of these employees is a disgrace to your establishment, and I urge management to take immediate action to ensure this location adheres to health and safety standards.

If this is the level of hygiene and customer service your brand allows, I’ll take my business elsewhere. This was beyond unacceptable.

Service is fast, sandwiches are pretty good. Not my favorite chain sub spot, but also not the worst. Good place to get a solid sub sandwich.

I can't recommend wasting your money here. Numerous times they've forgotten items in my order and have completely ignored what was actually on the order ticket.
Especially if you have dietary preferences or restrictions it's in your best interests to steer clear.

Multiple times now, I’ve ordered pickup, and it isn’t ready 30 min later. An employee told me they prioritize walk-ins over pickup. They said I need to alert them when I come in so they can make the order. They did not begin making the order until I was physically in the store. So ultimately, the pickup order took up more of everyone’s time defeating the purpose of the order.

I ordered a Cajun chicken sub through DoorDash. They sent me a turkey sandwich on wheat bread. I called and had it sent back. They re-delivered the SAME EXACT sandwich and when i called back the second time, the “assistant manager” was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me it was the correct sandwich when I am in fact looking at it and it is turkey. After telling the “manager” that it is still wrong, he hung up on me. I have ordered this sandwich before and it is the complete wrong thing. This is absolute terrible customer service and a manager should not be hanging up on customers multiple times. When i asked for a refund they simply told me no and that i was “wasting my money by sending it back and forth”. This assistant manager needs to be fired.
