The Boone, North Carolina KFC is the absolute worst. I had given up on going there because they never get my order right but for some reason I decided to go tonight. Surprise surprise surprise I asked for a thigh and a wing and what do I get a wing and a leg? Do they not know the parts of the chicken or they just don’t care. That will be my last time at Boone, North Carolina KFC.

Picked up chicken this morning and went to Price Park. Chicken was old, reheated, tough and no meat hardly at all. l called this afternoon when I got home and politely ask for a refund for the 12 piece bucket only and was told No. she was more interested in telling me why it was no good vs.fixing the problem and taking care of a customer. I've sent an email to KFC corporate, left a review on Google and this review on F/B. It's not about the money it's about customer service...read full review
