so I am not a Boone local and I went into this establishment yesterday and a situation arose with another customer in there where she started screaming at me. The owner Craig came out, handled everything beautifully and did a great job de-escalating the situation. Not to mention that the ice cream and other employees were also so amazing. When I’m back in Boone, I will absolutely be back here!
Absolutely loved this place and the vibe! We came in to eat dinner next door at Eleven80 Eatery (excellent food, wrote separate review) and wanted coffee for the ride home. After ordering our food, I came here to ask what time they closed (8pm) to be sure we could still order since we had already passed 3 closed coffee shops and it was only 6:30! The 2 young ladies working suggested I place an order and they would have it ready when we were done, they even gave me a pen and order...
Love it reminds of a lost childhood.
Going to to arcade and spending atleast 5 bucks in the machines. So happy they have been restored to original price and it a plus for a my wife she loves coffee and ice cream
