Terrible customer service, was dashing and told the order would be out in just a minute. Ended up waiting 20 minutes just to be told they hadn’t started the order yet and that I should just unassign it on my end. No compensation for the almost half hour I waited there or even a “sorry”. Not the first time me or people I know have had this issue but this was the nail in the coffin. Will not be accepting orders from here again.
First of all, our server Kendall, was very nice, attentive and quick. Our food however, was absolutely disgusting. I got the Rueben with pasta salad. The corned beef was burnt to a literal crisp, there was no thousand island dressing at all and the Swiss was coagulated and cold. The pasta salad was worse than grocery store pasta salad, the macaroni was over cooked, mushy and flavorless. My bf & son got hotdogs. They got chili on them and it was burnt and cold.
