Went for my son’s birthday in November and had a horrible experience. Service took forever even though I didn’t really see that many customers for it to be so bad. I believe there may have only been 1 server, who was honestly very nice and I don’t hold my experience against her. The biggest issue was from the kitchen. Terrible customer service, was dashing and told the order would be out in just a minute. Ended up waiting 20 minutes just to be told they hadn’t started the order yet and that I should just unassign it on my end. No compensation for the almost half hour I waited there or even a “sorry”. Not the first time me or people I know have had this issue but this was the nail in the coffin. Will not be accepting orders from here again.
