The service here was less stellar though it seemed our waiter did the best he could given that the restaurant was short staffed. The lady in the front warming up and putting on vanilla icing on cinnamon buns was efficient, upbeat, and enthusiastic. She seated us with a smile and didn't show in her demeanor that the restaurant was clearly short staffed. Unfortunately our server exuded stress and inefficiency. He served our food before giving us cutlery. He came back to gather payment from the table next to us but didn't think to bring the knives and forks with him on the way. As he picked up our credit cards he walked away without the bill but came back immediately to get it. He was kind enough but not well trained. The hamburger was not tasty. The bun, that I didn't end up eating, was larger than the burger. Not a place I would recommend until I know that the owner/manager gets his/her act together.

When we arrived the place was practically empty. We waited an hour after we ordered for cold food and fruit that tasted like onions. The waiter never refilled our drinks or checked in to see if we needed anything. The hostess was sweet and seemed to be trying to help out as much as she could. This was a very disappointing experience. This used to be a great place that has obviously gone downhill.
