Terrible customer service, was dashing and told the order would be out in just a minute. Ended up waiting 20 minutes just to be told they hadn’t started the order yet and that I should just unassign it on my end. No compensation for the almost half hour I waited there or even a “sorry”. Not the first time me or people I know have had this issue but this was the nail in the coffin. Will not be accepting orders from here again.

A huge menu but the food was still great all around! The only reason I knock a star is that service was a little slow, but they did have a sign that said they were short-staffed, so that's why I didn't knock them too much for it. Overall I recommend eating at Macado's!

I don't know what has happened to this place. It was great several years ago but the last couple times I've been, it has been terrible with overcooked food, cold food and very slow service. Even my toddlers PB&J was gross. How it's still in business, I have no idea! We won't be back.

Haven’t been in about a year and the service has really gotten bad. Took us 20 minutes to get our drinks after being sat as soon as we walked in. Not super busy, food took over 30 minutes after drinks. Food was not hot, but simply warm. Server did not check back once nor refill drinks. Not pleased with our experience at all.

Waited nearly 45 mins after being seated with no service. I had to get up and go get a server to have our order taken despite there being few people in the place and servers just talking and hanging out. The second time I went they brought the drinks out for everyone at the table but me and just forgot for like 15 mins. The food is fine, but definitely not worth the hassle.

Got a sandwich for dinner one night that had a piece of grilled chicken breast on it. It looked a little pink but figured it was slow cooked. Took a bite and realized it was undercooked and cold in the middle. The server was so nice and offered me a new sandwich, and she handled the situation beautifully. Just worrying biting into undercooked chicken!!
Don’t eat here if you want to wait 50 minutes for your food and if you want your server to never come check up on you.

Not the Macado’s I remember from college. The food was great but our poor waiter was run ragged. Your bartender was playing on her phone the whole time and when she wasn’t on her phone she was turning customers away because “she didn’t have a hostess”. We watched two parties of 4 walk away. So sad! I had lots of good memories eating here with friends.

This place used to be AMAZING! Now it's AWFUL! We have been twice in the last 2 months. Service is super slow, some ome of the food was good, but the rest was under cooked. We should have left when we noticed the sanitation rating was a "B". It sucks but after 15 years of eating here whenever we were in Boone, I doubt I ever try it again.
