Order was wrong. I ordered NO MAYONNAISE, the quarter pounder came with MAYONNAISE. sandwich was made sloppy. Too much ketchup. The ticket said no MAYONNAISE, behold there was a slathering .

When they decide to be open, it's slow and marginally clean. Usually the doors are locked and the drive through is decent...when they get your order right. Been going there for many years. If the food wasn't consistent, I wouldn't touch the place.

This mcdonalds needs major help. It's Too small. No organization. There's not enough front room. Cramped lobby. No room to order. Especially not enough front room for employees to work or serve!!! I just waited 25 minutes for a sausage biscuit and a side of gravy. And I stood there and watched. Pure chaos and people bumping into each other. Total lack of organization. And I can say this with confidence. This is the 2nd time i ordered breakfast. In a 1 week period.Same situation both times.Franchise owner....fix this mcdonalds!!! It could be a major gold mine, all the college kids, the Boone residents, tourists.

Ordered through DoorDash tonight and McDonald’s completely ruined the Valentine’s surprise dinner of Happy Meals for my grandkids!!! Only gave one meal versus two and then had no sympathy nor apology for messing it up as it was through Door Dash.wont give them any more of my business!
I went to McDonald's tonight because my dad died yesterday and we would go get McDonalds every Monday night after I had swim practice ever since I was ten. He would get me a caramel Sunday and a small fry with sweet and sour sauce. I asked them to please make sure they put sweet and sour sauce in there and of course they forgot it again even though I asked them if they checked and they said it was in there. Now I'm crying and don't even want my food anymore. RIP dad.

There were onions all over the burgers, I cannot tell you how much I hate those onions. We very clearly said no onions. We also ordered three shakes, NO STRAWS, NO NAPKINS, & there were no milks in the happy meals. We were not happy. It took forever, the apple pies were cold, like they came out of the frigerator. And the burgers were so thin you could actually see three them. I fed the whole mess to the dogs. I would have called and asked for my money back but nobody answered the phone. I'll just consider it a thirty dollar lesson.
