The atmosphere is gorgeous. The creations are true art and the staff are kind. They have everything you could want, including hand sanitizers and complimentary mints. Unfortunately they do use single use plastics which seems partially wasteful due to packagings with knives, forks, and spoons - but that's perfect if you get a treat that requires that, we only ordered an ice cream cone... The size is huge so one can be shared between people, and the ice cream is perfectly soft and cold. They have limited ice cream flavors but so many toppings and choices that make it tastey. 10/10 will come again. Also, the decorations are intricate and beautiful. The music is nice too, very broad genres so anyone can sing along, but also not too loud so you can still have conversations. :)

They have a great deal of variety of sweets. Waffles, crepes, different types of cheese cakes, baklava, russian honey cake, ice cream, lava cake etc. Each member of our family picked something different and everyone was happy with their choice. It’s a local business, too - extra yummy! We’ll definitely be back and spreading the word of this place! (For the visitors of our beautiful Boone - there is plenty of free parking in front of this shop)Parking: The area is full of shops and there is a huge parking lot in the front.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of variety of sweets that kids can’t resist. Also a little swing in the store (a picture corner) ;)

It took over an hour to get the 15 minipancakes made the banana split way. Portions were very small and definitely not worth the $16 price point. Half of the mini pancakes were still raw in the center making them inedible.

I saw this place opened and have been wanting to try it! I finally did and WOW! First of the customer service was amazing! The presentation of the food was beautiful and the taste was divine i highly reccomend the crepe rollwith mangoes whitw chocolate sauce with whip cream and powdered sugar it was HEAVEN! Not to memtion the beautiful relaxing atmosphere inside!

The staff are incredibly friendly and I was excited for a new dessert option in town as I like European-style pastries. Unfortunately, I found hair in my food. The person behind the counter making it had dark hair and it's covered. I was confused because the hairs looked blonde/light brown. I don't know how that happened. I really want to love this place so hopefully I get better luck next time.

Excellent customer service, received a very thorough and polite breakdown of the menu and ordering process. Very soothing music and overall bright atmosphere. Food was very clearly made with much attention to detail and care. The taste reflected that as well. Would absolutely recommend especially as a non-chain eatery.

Definitely the place we needed in Boone and the entire High Country! Mo’Sweets it’s going to leave you with MOre cravings after you see the extended menu…? Cotton Candy, Milkshakes, Waffles, Crepes, Cheesecakes, Gourmet Coffees, and the amazing Honey Cake!! All made to the order and with excellent quality ingredients. Open until late too! Great spot to hang out with a wonderful ambience. Love it!! Parking: Near Walmart

I came here with my friends as we were very excited to try out a new treat after classes. I had an amazing time with the staff. They were very helpful and explained their pricing and even gave me some recommendations. I was excited to leave a big tip as they were so helpful but I didn't have cash on me and learned that only the cash tips go to the employees. I am very disappointed that none of the electronic tips go to the amazing employees that were there to help me. I will not be going back to Mo's as I do not agree with this type of treatment when it comes to employees. I will not be reccomending Mo's to friends or family in the future.
