We (four of us) chanced upon this pho restuarant enroute to Redtail. We ordered chicken and beef pho. We were surprised with the quality of the pho. The noodle were of the right texture, not too soft or soggy. The broth was clear and tasty. Great job for the two staff who cooked the food :)
Such a cute vibe! Pho was delicious and such a good value. My sister got the boba and said it was yummy as well. Would definitely come back if I lived in Boone. Amazing place all together- staff is super friendly and welcoming.
Definitely worth the drive. The pho is so good, the service is great and freaking fast. I definitely 100% recommend this place.
My favorite lunch place for a rainy day. My step mom is second generation Vietnamese and their pho tastes like home. The ingredients are always fresh and amazing for the price. The Thai iced tea is awesome too!
First time visit. We will come back again. It is nothing fancy but delicious pho. The beef broth was really good and the chicken was OK. Good meat, noodle selection and plenty of veg. The only problem with the place is the bathroom situation. Unfortunately one was out of order and the other was out of soap and towels. Give these guys a try.
We stop by Boone for the night and we dine here. The pho was delicious and perfect for the cold weather that night. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Reasonable price.
I order from here all the time and have never had anything bad. I always order the brisket with lemongrass broth and all the extras. The brisket is always great and I love they have so many ingredients to add to your pho. PLUS it is so cheap! I would rate it way above any of the other Thai restaurants and you can't beat the price. The staff is always so friendly too. So not sure why the other reviews are not as good, but I would say definitely try this place out..ESPECIALLY if you love Pho.
The broth was so good! I really liked the egg noodles too! I fell in love with the smoothie-style boba, I got the honeydew flavor and you should too!
I go here often, they serve good tea. This time I got milk tea and it was perfect for my tastes. They serve mediocre food though, I had the pho and it was just ok. If you're looking for nonexpensive thai food for dinner or lunch you should try it. I recommend the tea.
This is not real pho, these people do not appreciate their business. 84% sanitation score, my wife wanted to walk out after we ordered. You have a busy place, have more than two employees to take care of what COULD be a nice little treat for young students and visiting family. Poor kids are not getting a true experience by eating this garbage. Take care of your business!

[been here twice] Coming from a Vietnamese person who’s a picky Vietnamese cuisine eater, this place is delicious! It obviously caters to American eaters but the phó broth is not overly salty like numerous “Americanized phó restaurants” I’ve been to.You can load up on the meat, which many traditional & non-traditional phó restaurants wouldn’t dare do! Especially during these pandemic times.I don’t normally drink boba or tapioca tea, but trying it with my girlfriend here, both times, it has been delicious each time!
10/10 would eat here everyday and never get tired of it. And we did, during exam week. The amount of toppings that they add on the pho is unseen in all the other pho shops I’ve been to, adding a whole new level of flavor and beauty to the dish; truly a culinary masterpiece. Sometimes they would be out of certain toppings or ingredients, but it was all part of the experience. Sometimes these other reviewers cease to understand. It opens a gateway to trying new things, to broadening one’s horizons of flavor. A true journey of the tastebuds, one might say.So go.Go to My Pho and experience this for yourself. You might end up a different person when you leave; transformed by the culinary arts that reside here.
Picked up the beef broth with rice noodles meat balls, brisket and sliced beef (3rd meat extra charge)Broth was tastey and full of flavor.Lots of food for the price and all veggies were fresh. Will be back my wife want to head back next week for the spicy lemon grass soup!My only criticism to help future customers slice the raw beef thinner (they give you a generous portion) however thinner meat cooks faster and less chewy. Plus make sure broth is a little hotter.Keep up the good food coming!
Staff was very nice and helpful sharing info about Boone. They had a large group leave just before I came in, (it was the Friday evening of the weekend Boonerang Festival), and had some serious cleaning up to do. Counter bar overlooking the street could have used a better wipe down. Pho was average unfortunately. Broth not hot and didn't have much flavor, but it was reasonably priced and all that I needed. I'd try them again and hope for a stronger showing next time!
Decent pho restaurant in downtown Boone.I was impressed with the portion size of the pho and I thought the noodles and meat were high quality. Overall though, the pho was just okay - broth was a little watered down and not too flavorful (you will need to add sriracha) and there were a bit too many veggies (green onions, onions, cilantro, etc) which altered the experience. The Thai tea was unfortunately just not good. Way too much ice, watered down tea, and the tapioca was flavorless (although the consistency was good). For $6, it's just not worth it in my books. The other fruit smoothies are probably better, but it's a hard sell at that price.Overall, I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and the "build-your-own" style pho. I will be coming back for the pho again but not for the bubble tea.
