An excellent sandwich and soup stop in Boone. A little pricey for a sandwich at $11 to $12 average. Four of us came out at $75 when we added soup and two drinks. The service was great just so popular that it had a long wait and was crowded. Worth the wait though.

12-20-22 Around 2:00 PM Food was good as usual. Service was horrible. There does not appear to be a manager at the front of house, just a bunch of hipster kids trying to run the place. After being told to wait outside in the cold (nobody was in the foyer), for 5-7 min, we were seated. Looks like the place was getting over the lunch service so things were slow. Even so, we waited 15 min to get a server to show up. Meanwhile other booths got seated on either side of us and got served drinks within 1 minute of being seated. NOBODY noticed us sitting there for 15 straight minutes. Our waiter finally shows up half stoned and never mentions or apologizes for the wait. If it wasn't for my family there, I would of said "eff you and your staff", and left. He did however get our orders quick and checked on us twice before asking for dessert or if we wanted the check. This is the only reason for the 2 stars. I gave 18% tip and walked out without saying anything to the manager, who was still missing. The chicken croissant is really amazing.

Use to frequent in the evening. Now they are closed many nights. Since it is located in downtown Boone, parking can be an issue. However it is worth it! Food is always delicious. Great potato salad. Desserts are delicious as well. Purchased a loaf of pumpkin bread to go! Was great with coffee for breakfast. Wish they stayed open every night.

This place was very nice and appealing. The service staff were extremely helpful and have an outstanding attitude! The food selection here i would say is more towards the college healthy lifestyle. Don't expect everything fried or covered in sauce! The prices are $$ about 15$ a person. Overall a pleasant experience if you're in the area.

Delicious! I wasn't expecting much from a sandwich place but I was proven wrong. I ordered the "Gouda Heavens!" and was very pleased on how well the flavors mixed together. I would have given this 5 stars if they had more sides. New favorite restaurant in Boone!

Amazing. From the descriptions on the menu, the food sounded good. But once you actually take a bite, you realize it's even better than expected. My partner who isn't a big fan of roast beef got the roast beef and chimichurri sandwich and loved it. He couldn't get over how great it was, which again, is a big deal because he doesn't typically go for roast beef. I got the basil fresh press and it was super flavorful. I can tell a lot of consideration goes into making every ingredient. That does not go unnoticed! It was pretty tricky trying to get ahold of someone over the phone so that we could call our order in ahead of time, but that's just a testament to how popular and yummy their food is; they're so busy! This is a great place and I would 10/10 recommend it!

Could not have asked for a better experience! Both of the sandwiches we tried (Hot Ham & Brie and The Beef Chimi) were PHENOMENAL. Great atmosphere and the staff was SO sweet. We didn’t have go wait- but if there is one when you go, it is worth it!

The food was good and the waitress was comfortable with our questions and with offering suggestions. Enjoyed the wild berry cider and Brie BLT with the absolutely amazing broccoli cheddar soup.Vegetarian options: Tempeh dishes, good vegetarian options even when they couldn't offer us salads.

This place is my favorite lunch spot in boone! It has the most amazing sandwiches and great service! I got the Gouda heavens this time but everything I've tried I've loved!

Great food and great service! Our server was awesome and we got our food quick. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend stopping here if you're looking for a good sandwich!

Showed up 20 minutes before they opened on Sunday. Turned out to be good timing as a line had already formed. Once open, we were able to get a booth right away. Server, Georgia, was very nice and always checking in with us even so she was very busy. The food was amazingly good! My two daughters had the Cali Croissant and raved about it. I highly recommend the Chipotle Turkey. That was my selection and it too was very good size and tasty. My wife had the strawberry goat salad - which was very fresh and good.

We walked by on a rainy weekend day and there were loads of people waiting for a table. Stopped in during the week and got a table right away. They offer an interesting array of sandwiches and daily specials. Also, offer beer and wine. I ordered a side of fruit with my meal that I thought was pretty weak. Not an especially appealing food presentation but the sandwiches were tasty.

We've eaten here twice now on two separate trips and it was delicious both times. They have interesting sandwiches that aren't the same thing as everywhere else while also have standard choices. Service was great. The only downside is that it is VERY loud. Even when there's a line/wait it goes by quickly.

Great staple in Boone. Yummy sandwiches and soups. I love trying their specials as sometimes it super creative and yummy. Great vegetarian options. Art heart press and grilled pesto tempeh was my go to. Can be busy at times so be prepared to wait!
