No wonder this Panera has low ratings. The real blame goes to the manager. They obviously don’t care about their quality of service, food, or cleanliness. There are plenty of reviews with the same theme.

I’ve been going to Panera for years and my experience is mostly good but this one is the WORST I have ever had. The manager, Emma was rude, dismissive, and frankly went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. And then to add insult to injury one of my companions observed her picking her nose! I will NEVER even consider eating at that location again and actually I’m considering whether I want to cancel my membership and forgo Panera completely. Appalled!

Customer service was bad, I ordered food and they never called my name when the order was ready also the coffee was only lukewarm and was bitter. I would go somewhere else for coffee and breakfast!

Ordered a bagel, asked for it toasted. It was barely toasted and they refused to heat it up or provide a new one. No common sense service. Manager was not helpful. I'd go somewhere else.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this place has earned one. We always try this place because in other cities we have good luck. This place is not very clean, the bathrooms are always gross, food is over priced and terrible portions. Literally had a tablespoon of chicken salad on my Sandwhich. Told us there were out of bread for the soup when asked, but made a Sandwhich from the same bread. Terrible quality, terrible service. We spent over 60 dollars in awful food. The managers or owners really need to revisit what it means to have quality food and service if they want to over charge customers.

Robbery one lady kitchen staff had an attitude because I asked about the serving size of a bowl of of compared to a cup my daughter and I dined here she got a pick which came with a soup and salad while I opted for just a bowl of chicken noodle when I brought up my concern the young lady at the register (Jessy) was very nice and polite while the kitchen lady came to to my table to give me attitude !! Now I voiced this concern because its clearly the same amount for and higher price I expect to get what I've paid for !!!

i love panera but idk what it is about this location the portions are way smaller than average and i feel like the prices here are way too high. i paid $14 for a small smoothie and mac and cheese, has it always been this much?

The night shift staff at this Panera Bread is not up to standards on efficient service. I regularly use my Panera Bread app to do orders as I subscribe to the SipClub. Most of the time, my orders go through quickly and are prepared or I don’t have to wait long with staff on day shift. I had my partner go to pick up an order and he said that an employee was talking on the phone about an ex boyfriend, while ignoring customers and those waiting for Rapid Pickup orders. It really does depend on who is working and actually acts like they care about their job.
We ordered well in advance of the event for catering in Boone NC for a meeting. Never again. It's now 45 minutes past the requested delivery time, and still no food. Run away! Order from somewhere else. Anywhere else.
