I’m a little ticked off at this moment because I love coming to Panera bread but I don’t understand why they can’t accept hundred dollar bills. Especially when the food is already so expensive my change wouldn’t have been that much. I only had a $100 bill that no one would break for me so I had to cancel my order. I will not be back ruined my entire evening. you know what while I’m at it the place is absolutely filthy. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if they are overstaffed with people who don’t know how to manage. i’m just extremely frustrated that they ruined my night.

As a go to Panera diner in my hometown, sorry to say the standards of this location must be low. The place is filthy, especially the floors by the drink and food bar area. There was not a drop of soap in the bathroom to wash hands, which makes me ask how the employees are doing that, and not a drop of unsweetened tea in the dispenser. Neglected to say the least.

My experience at Panera in Boone, was very unpleasant. The restaurant looks neglected and dirty: tables are sticky and full of crumbs, there’s food all over the floor with no one cleaning between customers, and many chairs are broken or even cut. The overall atmosphere gives the impression of total disregard for cleanliness. To top it off, the soup was served in a stained bowl, making it unappetizing to eat.
I’ve visited many Panera locations across the country and always had good experiences, but here the standards are far below what a well-known chain should represent. This location desperately needs more attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance. Boone deserves a Panera that is clean and well-managed — not like this.

We used to buy bagels at Panera‘s in Boone regularly. However, they have stopped making both the wheat bagels and the spelt flat bagels. We will now go elsewhere to buy our bagels. In addition, we have noticed lately that the tables and booths are not in good shape and not particularly clean.
