We used to buy bagels at Panera‘s in Boone regularly. However, they have stopped making both the wheat bagels and the spelt flat bagels. We will now go elsewhere to buy our bagels. In addition, we have noticed lately that the tables and booths are not in good shape and not particularly clean.

Outstanding Service at Panera Bread
I had such a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to their amazing customer service. I had placed a to-go order and didn’t realize until I made it all the way back to my cabin (quite a drive away!) that my sandwich was missing. I called the store, and Ari, the store manager, was incredibly kind and understanding. Hours later, when I was finally able to return—right as the store was closing. Krist, who was the customer service representative that night, made me a fresh sandwich without any hesitation.
It’s rare to find that level of care and attention, especially at closing time, but Ari and Krist really went above and beyond to make things right. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was how much they valued me as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area

This was our first visit to panera and it will be our last for what we paid for 2 small sandwiches and plain chips and drink we could have went to Texas roadhouse or chili's. Sandwichs were decent but not worth over $30

I really enjoy the location and the food is consistently good. However, I hope the management can place more focus on cleanliness. It was surprising to see that the bathrooms aren’t cleaned daily, which affects the overall experience. With just a bit more attention to hygiene, this place could be truly outstanding.

I come here 2-3 per week. Since 4 days Diet Pepsi is out. You guys should be able to get some. Come on. Further woman toilet are both out of toilet paper and men toilet has flies and needs cleaning.

No wonder this Panera has low ratings. The real blame goes to the manager. They obviously don’t care about their quality of service, food, or cleanliness. There are plenty of reviews with the same theme.

I’ve been going to Panera for years and my experience is mostly good but this one is the WORST I have ever had. The manager, Emma was rude, dismissive, and frankly went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. And then to add insult to injury one of my companions observed her picking her nose! I will NEVER even consider eating at that location again and actually I’m considering whether I want to cancel my membership and forgo Panera completely. Appalled!

Customer service was bad, I ordered food and they never called my name when the order was ready also the coffee was only lukewarm and was bitter. I would go somewhere else for coffee and breakfast!
