SLOWEST SERVICE IN BOONE! I would lace an order for takeout an hour before I arrive at the store and it still not be prepared by the time I get there. Started ordering on U we eats and end up having 4-5 drivers accept, wait, then cancel my order because of how long it takes this store to prepare food. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Food was as expected & service was good. Several dirty tables when I arrived & the floors were filthy. Met with a coworker to discuss a project & struggled to find outlets near tables for our laptops. It was hard to hear the counter team call out names - I was surprised they didn't use a buzzer like other locations.

Was out finishing Christmas shopping and stopped in to grab a quick bite since they weren't busy. Holy sticker shock, Batman! I had the pepperoni chicken flatbread and about fell over when the cashier told me my total. $17 for the sandwich, which granted its a BIG sandwich, and a side with a drink is egregious!

We stopped at Panera in Boone for lunch. At the counter they asked if it was for “here or to go”. We were dining in, $27 for two salads and two waters. At the counter while placing our own order, they asked for a tip. At Panera you order it at the counter, they yell your name and you pick it up (no longer brought to your table), and you bus your own table. Sorry, No Tip. We did all the “tip” work. When we picked up our lunch, it was in a to-go bag. I said, “Ours was for here. Can we please have dishes and silverware”. He says, “No, we don’t have a dishwasher. Everything is in plastic with plastic silverware”. And you wanted a TIP? To the management, if you told me my $27 lunch was going to be in plastic, we would have gone elsewhere.

This Panera looks badly managed. Food took an excessively long time to get refilled. We also ordered a Carmel latte which they forgot to make. Ordered cinnamon roll that they didn’t heat up. Wow. The girl doing the orders and cashiering was very nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed probably due to the badly managed establishment. Panera should look into this location.
