My nephew ordered a diner to be delivered by door dash..he was charged $50 and never received his order. He called and was told to contact door dash. He called door dash and they said call pizza hut. Im not certain wher the short is between these 2 businesses but I have 5 ring cameras surrounding my property, 24/7 proof and he never got his $50 pizza order and no one is making it right.

Ordered super supreme with jalapenos and peppers on half, but was put on entire pizza. Also ordered two pepperoni pizzas and they were so cold and dried out, all the slices were separated, sliding around individually in the box. Very disappointed.

Cost nearly $50 for a “medium” pizza which is smaller than other pizza places and a drink delivered. The pizza itself was low quality.
Delivery driver was rude, argumentative, and insulting because i made a small error when inputting address.

Put in and paid for an order on the app. Kept watching the status and it kept saying preparing. When the time came - 45 minutes later I called to ask the status. It said the order was cancelled! The only person who would come on the phone would say let me transfer you to the store! Never could get anyone on the phone. Horrible customer service!!! I do not recommend this place.

I'm not even sure how they are staying afloat. The food was great! The service was terrible. The only waitress we saw couldn't stay off their mobile device. Had to refill our own drinks, get our own silverware, napkins, and take out boxes. Table service was non-existent.
Glenda is the nicest person. She seems talented at her profession. She assisted me She's really sweet. I'll order from from this pizza hut just because of her.

This place either doesn’t know how to cook the pizza properly or doesn’t know how much sauce to use, the pizza is always bone dry. Today I even asked for extra sauce and I think they interpreted that as no sauce. Go to Dominos or Capones don’t give this dump your money
