The pizza here is good for the most part, but customer service often leaves something to be desired. Twice now I’ve shown up and my order was not ready. First time, they had not even started it. That was a while ago, so we gave it another go. Today I come to pick up an order with 5 items and after I pay they inform me they forgot to put in one of the pizzas so they said to pull to the side and it would be out in ten minutes. I understand that accidents happen, but I’m annoyed...

The general manager Glenda came up to the boone location to help because they were short staffed and we had the best customer service from her than any other times I have been there. She works hard to make the customers experience better.

I stopped by today for lunch and the service and food were excellent. The woman who took our order (unfortunately didn't get her name) was one of the best waitresses I've had in Boone, period. She was attentive, polite, and personable. I am not sure if she is a manager but she definitely should be. I'll admit Pizza Hut was not my first option today but with the service and quality of food we had, I will be coming back again soon. The food was fresh, hot, and reasonably...
