My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Pasta Joint, and I can honestly say — I’ve never felt more compelled to write a review in my life.
From the moment we walked in, Chef and owner Adam and his wonderful wife made us feel like old friends. Their warmth, hospitality, and genuine passion for what they do set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
And then the food… wow. Every dish was a masterpiece — beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I normally struggle to find an appetite, but somehow, I ate more during this one meal than I have all year. It was that good. Each bite felt like a love letter to Italian cuisine, and you could taste the care and detail that went into every ingredient.
To Adam and the entire team: thank you. Thank you for creating a space that feels special, for food that speaks louder than words, and for reminding me how powerful a good meal can be.

I came by a few nights ago with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place! The food was super delicious, the service was great, and the restaurant itself was beautiful! It’s really opened up a lot since the last restaurant, Proper, was in this spot. We got the arancini (risotto balls), chicken under a brick, and cavatelli (which came with a full lobster tail and shrimp!) I would give the food a 10/10 again and again, it was so good. The service was also amazing! Our server (who I believe was named Taylor?) was super sweet and answered all of our questions! Absolutely will be back again and we’ll be recommending to all of our friends!

Our dinner at The Pasta Joint was delicious: made from scratch pasta with good ingredients in a very cute location. We had a great date night here. Our favorite was the short rib ravioli - I will be thinking of that one for a long time.
Note: Most of the current reviews seem to be for the old restaurant, Proper, at this location. The Pasta Joint is newly opened (Sept 2025). They were still working out the kitchen pacing when we were there - food was slow to arrive, but the staff was very kind and apologetic and we didn’t mind the wait.
