GREAT service, but menu is cut in 1/2 from what it use to be. Managers could care less about their customers... waited to be seated, ignored by 2 servers & FOH manager to be greeted by this awesome older guy server that was super nice & funny.... doubt we'll be back though...
Great steak house. Food and Service were excellent!!
Man that was our waiter had exceptional service an food was great
We were really impressed by the quality and the quantity of food here. Everything was really good, fresh made, not frozen and prepared. I highly recommend them!
We were staying at a nearby hotel and it was within walking distance so we gave it a shot. When my husband graduated from college it was the place “to go”. It’s clearly hit on hard times. Looks rundown inside and out. There was no A/C and hot inside .. which is ok for me because I’m always cold. Everyone else was uncomfortable. That being said our appetizers were fine and drinks cold. Our waitress was very nice and we felt bad she was stuck working there. I doubt it lasts much longer.
We got to the restaurant, walked in around 8,supposed to be open till 9? First thing you see is a list written on the wall for jobs,no help! Maybe 4 customers in the whole place! Hostess set us in the bar area as requested, next thing we know, out comes the manager,we get told the hostess was wrong, basically we shouldn't have been seated, hes been there 12 hours, his cooks are going home, but if we wanted to hurry up and order,he would try to get the cooks to at least cook for us! WE LEFT! Went to Outback and spent a 100 bucks for food and drinks! We won't be back to Sagebrush.
Great food. Too bad people don't want to work, they need help. All in all it was a great experience!
Worst food and service I've ever had. Meal was not completed. Only half of it came out. Waitress never checked to see if it was ok. We had to chase her down just to pay and leave. Can't even give it one star.
Even tho they are very understaffed the employees that are there are great food was great service was awesome and no wait on anything we had our food with in 25 min of being there it was cooked to perfection as well
Staff worked hard to accommodate our large family Birthday dinner. Food and service way above average

The location is terribly understaffed which is understandable considering finding help is difficult at the moment. One lady working the bar was pretty much doing the job of many. We managed to order drinks and after that an hour passes and they finally ask would you like to order food. We asked if prime rib was available which the menu shows it is on Friday night and were told no prime rib. At that time we paid our drink order and left. We went to the Peddler whee the food and service was top notch. This location should close until they can properly operate!
Covid, short on help is no excuse for not updating your website for our of town guest who were looking forward to Prime Rib that you don’t have anymore and not having correct hours of operation posted.I feel like the bar tender was doing it all, very busy prompt gave good service but she was being overworked and stretched too thin. An hour waiting on a table at the bar. Bar was nasty both bar top and behind the bar. Out of most taps and blue moon. Tap beer that I tried was not cold. I finally settled for a Patron Margarita (it was good but very weak) After waiting on our table so long we decided to eat at the bar and then was told they don’t do prime rib anymore and they close at 8 pm not 9 pm. And… the hostess didn’t even have us in line for a table.I only gave two stars the workers were working so hard especially the bartender who gave great service but was drowning trying to stay afloat.I hate to see one of my favorite restaurants suffering this bad.
Out of soda. Out of ALL SODAS. Out of Blue Moon. Out of baked potatoes. The oven roasted turkey sandwich was room temperature and could have been made at a grocery store deli counter, and had tomatoes on it though it was ordered "no tomatoes". I had to wait 15 minutes for a table, when there were a lot of empty tables. My steak was pretty good, but nothing else was.
It's a great atmosphere to chill and relax from the day. The bar tender has THE BEST personality and the manager lady is amazing.
Compared to previous visits, this place has really disappointed me. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to walk in and see a restaurant not half occupied but with a lot more empty tables than that. They were very short staffed and I felt bad for our waitress who was having to bus tables and waitress. The hostess didn't seat us, she made another waitress do it which was sad being they were short staffed. The appetizer was great. The rolls were good considering we didn't get any kind of spread for them. They did get my steak cooked right but it tasted like it was bathed in oil. My gravy was cold and had a thick layer of grease on top. One of my sides was cold. The other side was a baked potato that was so old I would have thrown it out at home and not cooked with it. My husband never got his steak sauce and he said his steak was edible but nothing like they used to be. His side was hot and fresh but only because they forgot it and had to make it. His other side was ok. We have no intention of going back and we wasn't speaking to a manager because we waited so long, we were just starved. I came home to my blood sugar dropping if that says anything about how much I ate. I hope others have better experiences and this was an "off" night but being they weren't that busy that usually says a lot.
