“The parking was terrible. While they were good, the appetizer took forever to come out a the we suddenly got entrees' but no salads. This was unlike them, we've been many times, but definitely an off night. Server also was rather untrained, she didn't know what vodkas they had and she had No clue about specials or sauces. Nice, but a little lost it seemed and we had to guide her. We will go back but was definitely a night the management could look at for learning and growth opportunities.“

“Outstanding Service at Panera Bread

I had such a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to their amazing customer service. I had placed a to-go order and didn’t realize until I made it all the way back to my cabin (quite a drive away!) that my sandwich was missing. I called the store, and Ari, the store manager, was incredibly kind and understanding. Hours later, when I was finally able to return—right as the store was closing. Krist, who was the customer service representative that night, made me a fresh sandwich without any hesitation.

It’s rare to find that level of care and attention, especially at closing time, but Ari and Krist really went above and beyond to make things right. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was how much they valued me as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area“
