This is the 3rd time my husband and I have been to this location. This last visit was enough for us to never come back! The staff was rude, unfriendly, and careless. I called the store to complain to the manager (in which I got the assistant supervisor). All she said was, "Yeah.. I'll talk to them." There was no, "I am so sorry that happened! I will make certain this doesn't happen again." You could tell she was part of the problem and inconsiderate of my feelings. She seemed "real concerned" with how I felt. She was also very understanding and nice (totally kidding). Eye roll! Never again! It would have been different had we been rude or mean or even out of line with our order, but we are always so nice, and we even use our manors!

I brought my service dog in with me to place an order and was told no dogs allowed. Not very friendly. The atmosphere isn’t great. Won’t be back to this location again.
Came with my hood lad we galloped inside on our horse teeter, teeter has no teeth so he is not violent. We ordered Teeter a seasonal cake pop and he grew his teeth back because he loved it so much (The peppermint one). I myself and my hood lad had Peppermint Mocha Frappe AND OH MY GOODNESS I WILL TELL YOU THAT I STARTED CAROLING AND N THE SPOT. Usually drinks don't make me start singing but this one I tell you got me going. Loved the Christmas spirit in here. JOY TO THE WORLD.

The worst starbucks hands down I have ever been to. I don't have a complicated drink at all. I have ordered it at starbucks in many places, and this is the only store that gives me attitude with what I order and claims they can't do it. This morning, the excuse was it isn't standard?? Whatever that means. Thats exactly what i was told by the person ringing me up. I am willing to pay for whatever request I have, and my request isn't out of the ordinary. Then I wait for my order after adjusting it to fit the cashiers standards. A female employee yells my name and tells me we don't do this and I'll do it today but never again? Who speaks to someone like that? It's a drink that I am paying for. I ordered a venti iced latte in a trenta cup, an extra shot half brown sugar, half vanilla with salted cold foam, and no caramel. Why is that so difficult, especially as I am willing to pay for whatever. So, I adjusted my order to regular cold foam since removing the caramel is an issue. So after I receive my drink with attitude. It has no extra shot and caramel in the foam. After this happening about 10 times now at this location and the attitude and horrible customer service, I'll go back to the harris teeter one in town, no problem!!! This is the last of many times of people being rude to me over a drink I pay for. I was patient multiple times now.

literally worst place i've ever been to. shut it down. They didn't fill up my drink all the way, forgot about my food and were so rude. They had 8 workers yet took 10mins to take my order. not to mention the awful wrap around drive thru that blocks your car in so you can't leave.

Sunday morning after homecoming football game, store and drive thru were packed. All we wanted was plain old coffee. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Sometimes it is nice to be boring ?
