Accepted my order turn up within 15 minutes and they closed with my sandwiches on the side. Meant to close at 8pm it’s now 3:35pm and I’ve been here 20 minutes.
Update they then sent me this reply when I told them what happened. No offer of refund or anything else of the sort just that they accepted my order and locked up because they are looking to keep things fresh 🤨

I want to start by saying I have probably been to at least 40 Subway restaurants and countless other sandwich restaurants up and down the East Coast I have had the pleasure of having the best sandwich made from any sandwich restaurant ever hands down. The service that I received made me feel like I was important and that the food that I wanted was important to the sandwich artist. It is a shame that I can only give five stars to the food because honestly it was a solid six. Awesome team !!

I order hey cinnamon, sugar, pretzel, The pretzel was well cooked, but there was barely any sugar on the pretzel, Went back to ask if they could add more sugar and cinnamon, And they supposedly added some, but was nothing, I am very disappointed, The lady was nice, But she just didn’t Do a good job adding cinnamon and sugar, it was just like plain and unflavored bread.

Christian was cleaning as we came in this was the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in .he was so nice and helpful! He single handedly will be the reason we come back to this location! As a former restaurant manager I would hire him every day of the week!

I was at self-check out around Sept 2nd, 2022 at 9;15am. I’m in a wheelchair and I had dropped my notebook and pen. This gentleman saw me drop it and ran over to pick it up for me. Thank you so much for your help
This place is SUPER CLEAN & FRESH!! Was greeted by Diane as soon as i walked in...she was VERY friendly and helpful. Ive only ordered tuna in all the years ive been coming....today, a walk on the wild side...Italian BMT. Sandwich was well made and place is by far cleanest Subway ive seen....Elkin location in Walmart should really come train here cause that place was concerning.
