I went to this Subway as it was closest to our hotel. There was no one at the Subway counter when I arrived but there was a young man in a Subway shirt stacking trays in the back in clear view of me. I thought "I'm not going to call for him. When he looks up and sees me here he'll come out." He looked up twice over a few minutes and made eye contact with me but never came out and never offered to help. I left and went down the street to the Wal-Mart with Subway inside the store and got my order filled promptly with a smile and good attitude. Don't wsste your time here.

Don’t go after 6 pm. At 7:30(they close at 9) the guy working complained to those of us in line that every time he tries to clean up and close people come in and interrupt. I didn’t want to bother him with taking my money so I left and went to JJ’s

They alway say open online and then when you go there it's pitch black and no one is there. Super frustrating and it has caused me to not have any lunch like 3 times!?!?! Subway do better. Instead of having 3 locations maybe condense it to one that you can fully staff. The one guy who does work at this location does a spectacular given the circumstances. He is always busting a** and has a line. He is the real mvp and needs a raise.

If you need a sammich while you get gas it's not a bad option but if you had any other option i'd be hesitant to recommend.

Just an average Subway run by college kids. Of the 3 sandwiches we ordered online on was correct. The other 2 were off.

Subway on hwy. 18 sucks. Rude staff, old food on the bar and nasty bathrooms. All the other ones in the county are great.

Been very disappointed with subway lately. I've visited 2 different locations at 3 different times and neither had veggie patties and service was mediocre as well as slow. Use to really enjoy going here! I hope it returns to normal and the restruants in boone get stocked.
