Employee was obviously sick and repeatedly sneezing without changing gloves while making sandwiches.
The sub itself was fine but the worker at this location was genuinely one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I went last Thursday (9/18) at around 4pm and it was a guy (probably around 5’4ish) with darker hair. I had placed an online pickup order and, even though it said it had been ready, I came in and he hadn’t made it yet. Absolutely no issue at all, I didn’t mind waiting one bit! You could tell he was angry that I was there though because he proceeded to throw my sandwich around, skimped me on all of my toppings, and then drenched it in sauce until I may as well have been eating a soup. It wasn’t anywhere near close and I had even tipped them before the interaction happened so I don’t understand what his issue was. I’ve been before to this location and he’s been rude those times as well, and my boyfriend said he’s had similar bad interactions in the past. I don’t know why he hasn’t been let go yet, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location until he has been.

I enjoy the service but what I didn't enjoy was the food after eating the sandwich my stomach started to feel a certain way. I went to bed with a stomach in knots and in bed I ly to wake up this next morning throwing and Etc (I had realized I had Food positioning).

Awful service. I went in on my lunch break to get a sub some chips and a drink and I had a coupon that was still on date they said that it wasn't working there was nothing they could do. I've worked in Food Service most of my life I know there was something I can do and they just didn't care enough to do anything. The girl making my sandwich also had her hands covered in mustard and mayonnaise from the sandwich before mine and didn't change her gloves.

Yeah, don’t order online here. Place looks new and remodeled, when you go there. But if you try and order online, be “that guy” and check it in front of them, because it’s almost certain to be wrong. I don’t know if they are under staffed or not, but then you can’t even call to let them know, cause they won’t/unable to answer the phone. The photo is supposed to be cold cut combo with 50% extra meat.It only has the basic amount of bologna with no ham or salami in it.

I almost never leave reviews for places but I feel very bad for the woman working at subway today and wanted to give her some praise. It was pretty busy, she had a line of customers and several mobile orders and things were getting backed up. She was handling everything very well and kept a cheery disposition up to the customers. The issue was the man who was in training. She kept trying to show him how to make certain sandwiches and how to place the cheese and meats but he would just brush her off and say he’s got it. He acted as if he already knew how to do everything when he clearly didn’t. He made my friend and I sandwiches that were mostly fine but definitely not quite right and he forgot mine in the toaster a bit too long. He was also a little rude and off putting. I am generally a patient person and understand that first days are hard and there is a learning period. While I didn’t appreciate his attitude, I don’t necessarily want to get him in trouble since I don’t know if maybe he’s a good person having a bad day or if he was just frustrated. This post is mainly to say I think the woman there was being very patient and went above and beyond and I was impressed.
I haven't eaten here in almost a year, thought I'd give them another try this weekend. I gotta say they didn't improve any! The bread is burnt and unable to eat, the drinks are nothing but carbonated water and the service is terrible! Just trying to get cheese on your sandwich is difficult for them to do. Just rushing everyone through not really paying attention to what anyone says. The prices are ridiculously high for the lack of the quality of the food! The cashier was very nice and helpful though and they do offer a senior discount but you must ask for it before you pay.

Natasha was PHENOMENAL! She was incredibly helpful, sweet and knowledgeable about the products. She is an amazing employee who spreads kindness. Definitely deserves a raise!!
