We Were at sweet frog and they were closed. When I walked up to the door it said it closed at 9:00 pm but they were closed at 8:20 pm my nieces were crying all the way home.

We go to the sweet frog every day when we leave from Appalachian ski resort North Carolina. The sign said they were open till 9 o’clock and we checked the website and they said they were open. We then pulled up to the location and saw the worker, closing up shop and walking out the door a whole 30 minutes before closing approximately 830 I am very disappointed. Seeing that worker walk out a full 30 minutes before closing and the website saying that The sweet frog was Open we asked the worker what was going on, she completely ignored us and proceeded to lock up the store once again a full 30 minutes before closing and walk to her car

It is January 21 Wednesday at 8:20. I am very upset. We snowboard and come to sweet frog every Wednesday. It’s clearly posted on the door that it’s open till nine. We’re here between eight and nine every Wednesday. Tonight it is closed down and we watched the girl walk out. My family is very upset. If you want to close early, please change the hours on your door.

This place charged $10.26 for a small cup of yogurt. I have attached a photo. What a complete rip off!

Vanilla seems low quality; grainy , more like sherbet not a vanilla yogurt. Machines not working. When it comes out too soft to stay on a cone, runny sometimes. Got my great granddaughter a small amount maybe 4 tablespoons and cost about $4. Plenty of toppings just not many flavors. More sorbets then a good creamy tasting flavors

I have tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt many times but today was my last visit. I went on a Wednesday at 8 pm and the store was very unkempt. There are always many machines out of order and the toppings are always down to the last scoop. The floors are terribly dirty and so was the topping bar. Today someone was trying to clean up but then left the bottle of chemical cleaner in front of the topping bar unattended easy for anyone to reach and very close to all the toppings. The worst part is the people working here always make you feel very unwelcome. I understand having off days but every single time I come to this location I feel like a huge bother by just walking in the store.

Used to love this place but recently it’s clear that they have not given it the attention it deserves. When I used to get a small amount of yogurt with no toppings, it would be around 3$, I got the same amount today and it was 8$…. Not sure why were charging more when the employees are not helpful, the flavors are all disgusting (I threw mine away) and they are out of half of the flavors and the ones they have aren’t frozen? They really need to put some attention into this store instead of just relying on the fact that they’re the only froyo on Boone.
