ok so i really like sweetfrog this location just sucks… multiple flavors are always out. There is never a employee in the front and it’ll take multiple minutes for one to come out from the back while you wait at the register. Also not a lot of vegan options but that’s neither here or there?♀️

There was a very young lady behind the counter who was not friendly at all. The worst part was a young boy who kept running out and putting his hands in the toppings and eating them. He seemed to belong to the owner or manager. Very unsanitary! Because of him, I refused to use any of the toppings. Get a sitter people! The yogurt is very good , just beware of the toppings

Slack employees, we waited too long to be rung up. No employees greeted us, floor in dining room was dirty, no one behind the counter at all. My wife joined us after we sat down, She waited almost 10 miinutes to be rung up. We even knocked on the wall to get employees attention. Labor issue is wonderful in this town.

This place SUCKS!!! I wanted to enjoy some SweetFrog, but the place wasn’t open even though it was 12:45 and it was supposed to open at 12:30. Is it beyond the capability of the people working here to open at the posted time? I will tell all of my friends to never come here!

The yogurt is great but I have an issue with the person I am paying asking me to leave a cash tip. All she did was take my credit card to pay for the yogurt I put in the cup and brought to the counter. I paid by card and she asked me to leave a cash tip. The place is clean and stocked which I am sure she is being paid to do. This is not the type of place where anyone waits on you and to blatantly ask for a tip is beyond belief.

Delicious frozen ice cream. While in boone. My son suggested this place. You serve yourself and asks for toppings at the end. The mango ice was great. Nice place to stop while in Boone.

The frozen yogurt was good, dropped a star because weighing frozen yogurt to price is odd needs to be a locked in price, but that's just my opinion.
Great Froyo and lots of topping options - can get pricey if you're not careful on weight

Always very clean and employees are respectful and sweet!! Froyo is always good and love the different discounts/offers they have on each day of the week. Lots of Christianity and stuff but it's easy to ignore for the most part.
