I absolutely love Taco Bell, but this Boone one is one of worst managed Taco Bell’s I have been to. Countless times I have had beans on my burritos after selecting no beans in the app as I am allergic, and that is just one of the many things they leave on food items when I specifically select “none”. My girlfriend is vegetarian and has gotten chicken on her cheese quesadillas as well. And when a refund is requested on the app, it is never responded to. The food is by far the lowest quality at any time other than late at night. When Bricy is working, my order is never wrong and he is always accommodating

If you really enjoy being hungry and watching staff cook constantly even though nothing ever seems to be served to anyone in the lobby, this place is amazing. If you actually want food, don't bother, you're better off literally anywhere else

Taco bell has been gangstalking and gaslighting me for approximately 16 years, and have been purposely targeting me for the purpose of a secret government experiment. I know this because every time, without a doubt, they will forget 75% of my order and gaslight me into believing $15 is sufficient to be reparations for my $25 experiences. I was thrilled to encounter two luxe boxes and one of the new burrito options. I was very excited, as I don't frequent fast food because the experiment I am being forced to participate in requires an intense diet and training. Well..... Low and behold..... To my surprise.... They did it again.... I was so excited to eat two bean burritos and chips with cheese. The blonde woman who works in the drive thru appears to be (Not too sure) one of the people who follow me throughout the streets of North Carolina. I believe that the people at Taco Bell are deliberately trying to hurt me and deprive me of my basic needs, which is a violation of our human rights and unalienable rights. I don't desire a full apology, reply, as I am stating my personal experiences and fantastical beliefs with this establishment.

My partner and i had the pleasure of coming through Taco Bell today (7/11) at 12:55 am before they closed. The person working the drive thru was incredibly warm, charming, funny, and kind. We were unfortunately so caught up in conversation, we didn’t check our food, and we lost out on a food item. They had already closed, but we called and got a hold of someone. They told us to come back once they opened and they rectified our food order. This has been one of the best food experiences despite the mix up. Thank you guys!

I love Taco Bell but the portions are so small it’s not even funny. I got extra meat on my crunchwraps and they gave me the normal small portion of meat, it was so sad looking . I feel like I’m being robbed every time I eat here, i won’t be back :/

Somehow there out of burritos, quesadilla, onions, lettuce, and onions. Why not just close for the night? Ordered the cantina tacos why do yall workers put one little ahh scoop of meat in my 9 dollars taco combo box. What a joke. Spent 18 dollars on these small ahh tacos what the helly.

Literally the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen from a fast food employee in my life. It says online their store inside if open till 11:30 so I walk up in there and the employee comes out and starts telling me I need to get out immediately, I tried to explain to her that my order was wrong and messed up and she said she didn’t care and that I had to get out and go through the drive through(which is lined out to the road that I already spent 20 minutes waiting in for my order that was wrong). Idk her name but she had long black hair and was short. You can’t get someone’s order wrong, not lock the door if yall are supposed to be “closed” inside yet it says different online, then yell at someone for coming in when you didn’t lock the door. So ridiculously and unnecessarily rude for no reason and now i have to go home with only the chips and drink from my ENTIRE COMBO MEAL because I don’t have the time to wait in the line for another 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time on this store if you actually wanna get the food you paid for.
