Literally the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen from a fast food employee in my life. It says online their store inside if open till 11:30 so I walk up in there and the employee comes out and starts telling me I need to get out immediately, I tried to explain to her that my order was wrong and messed up and she said she didn’t care and that I had to get out and go through the drive through(which is lined out to the road that I already spent 20 minutes waiting in for my order that was wrong). Idk her name but she had long black hair and was short. You can’t get someone’s order wrong, not lock the door if yall are supposed to be “closed” inside yet it says different online, then yell at someone for coming in when you didn’t lock the door. So ridiculously and unnecessarily rude for no reason and now i have to go home with only the chips and drink from my ENTIRE COMBO MEAL because I don’t have the time to wait in the line for another 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time on this store if you actually wanna get the food you paid for.

I came to get toco Bella and I had to wait 50 minutes for 3 tocos one start

There's nothing wrong with the food or any specific staff member, but this taco bell is NOTORIOUS for closing their dining room early and forcing every customer on random days and times (especially after the sun starts to set) to go through the drive through. Today, I made a mobile order a few hours BEFORE the time that their dining room is supposed to close and tried to go in to pick it up, only to be told we HAVE to go through the drive through even though we had placed the order for inside pick up. I understand being understaffed sometimes, but not for as long as they have been because this has been an issue for a WHILE. I won't be going to this location for dinner any more.

We paid for our food on the app and then they told us that they couldn’t make our food and that we had to cancel our order through the app. But the people working didn’t realize that since they already hit the “your order is ready” button we then couldn’t be refunded. We tried calling Taco Bell service but they’re never answered
