The app wouldn't let me cancel an order so I called 20 TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF 2 HOURS. THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND I LOST AN OVER 20$ ORDER. Do not come here they do NOT care about their customers. And I will be contacting corporate.

I just want to say, the store was slammed tonight. Everything was chaos. The line was to the street for drive thru, the store was filled with dashers and people trying to order. I had placed a Mobile order. The team and management were working endlessly trying to push orders out. Yes I did have to wait, but my God they were trying so hard. And the food for me and my coworkers was fabulous. Thank you guys for working so hard.

Look, it's Taco Bell so you know what you're getting. But today, I ordered in the drive thru, my order was ready quickly and completed/served accurately, and the woman working the counter was really nice and attentive. Hence, a rare 5 star review (they really dry need to give you more chips with the chips and cheese order though lol)!

The taco imbone is one of the worst fast food restaurants. I've ever been in one of the cooks was using the F-word to another girl. There was food and trash all over the floor one kid had bushy hair and did not wear a net. God only knows if I had hair in my food, I will never eat there again that will be the last visit I ever ever ever ever ever ever do

Just got our doordash order from here.. Ordered 2 large drinks, got 2 mediums. Ordered 2 tacos, one had no meat, the other only meat. Crunch wrap had multiple ingredients missing. Basically the whole order was trash. I wouldnt order from here again.
Ordered a crunchy gordita supreme, got a cold quesadilla with nothing but cheese. Also got nacho chips, but they were covered in hair/dust as though they were picked up off the floor

I have avoided this taco bell due to poor previous experiences. Today I went again and Wesley was working the drive through line. The communication was clear, well pronounced and started by informing me of them being out of grilled chicken. When I ordered something with it, he wasn't flustered and asked what to substitute. Each item I ordered he reflected back to me verbally. At the window he continued to be polite and on top of it. Communication was succinct, kind and upbeat. My order took a little time to come out and he checked in with me at the window to update me twice. I watched as he prepped other meals, cups effectively and still taking orders. I was very impressed with his customer service, attitude and pace. Well done Wesley! This occured at 2:25 Oct 26, 2025

I don’t know what the deal is with this Taco Bell. The last time I came, the quesadilla was SO good, tasted like the old ones when fast food was done right. This time, I had an entire piece of my quesadilla with NOTHING in it. Not the first time food hasn’t been great here but it’s the closest one to me so I keep trying. The only thing saving this place from a 1 or 2 star is how good it was last time.
