Extremely unhealthy cheap processed food (except when the school has guests!), with PATHETIC serving sizes (workers get upset when you ask for more :) ). Would not recommend to any parent or student. Save your money AND health.

Cool place and heck of a value for what you pay cant beat it!!!! would be 4.5 stars if not for the bad service only thing holding it back is the very rude and crude employees have had 1 or 2 out the rest that were actually nice and not rude for exmaple Thursday went to breakfast / lunch it was about the 10.30ish and still had the breakfast line open no sighs or anything or i waiting in line and the lady in black outfit most of been supervisor??? but anyways yells at me and saids we stoped serving at 10.30ish 10.50ish you know i said ok but the tone she had was very uncalled for and in my head im like so why not tell people around 10.20ish that we are going to stop serving breakfast items at 10.30ish when the line is huge instead of taking it out on just one autistic person and not saying that when the line is big????? makes no sense and so i said why dont yall put sighs up or something like that and very rudely she said people just know like ok its college kids they dont care about times if keeep the line going they going to keep going for more breakfast regardless of time lol think you know did not say that part but was in my thoughts and will say the other employees were totally cool about but the superviosr lady was awful abot it and was a bad example to her staff on how you shoulent handle customers if cant be a example then should not be a supervisor when dont know how to professionally handle customers!!!!!

The worst. We are paying for a dining plan that has inedible food. My child is devastated. You shouldn't be running out of 90% of the salad bar items, dressings, serving overcooked meat, a pasta bar with no cheese (just boring pasta and one sauce option), undercooked crunchy vegetables served as if they are sauteed. Waiting in line for 20 mins for hashbrown casserole. Nonsense. The only food that is decent is fried or pizza. Hire Compass Group, Sodexo, or Aramark to handle your food options. Forcing broke college kids to pay for a garbage meal plan is unacceptable.

Honestly not a terrible dining hall, solid healthy options, and a decent selection overall. BUT the chicken is always so dry it cancels out any sauce you could put on it. It's gotten mildly better but some days it's just really terrible and feels like you're tearing through cardboard, others it's pretty okay. They have a really great smoothie bowl bar in the mornings though, and if you want LOTS of variety go here.

College buffet cafeteria. The server very sloppily plopped my cilantro-lime shrimp. Decent selection of food items, some self serve, others dispensed by staff. Desserts are often hit or miss.
Raw food routinely served. Unsafe. App needs to change this immediately.

Lucas Parente, an employee of Central, constantly goes above and beyond in ensuring the best of service in this establishment. He, and the other employees, make sure the food comes out on time, and everyone is well taken care of. Upper sucks though.
The dining room in Central offers a wide variety of food options, including pizza, pasta, salad, and multiple rotating entree stations. There are also a few restaurants across from the dining room that accept campus card as well as debit and credit.

if I could put zero stars I would, this place is a mess. The employee defecated in my pasta and said it was meatballs. The rats they have in the dining hall have better manners than the workers, and they probably taste better than the food too.

I have only been here a couple weeks, but the food has been pretty good so far. You just need to know what to get as some items are really good and other are not. Pizza, burgers, chicken tenders are hit or miss. The salad bar is always fresh and good. Usually they serve an international dish, and that is always good. The pasta station is also always pretty good. When they have roasted chicken breast with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and Mac n cheese, that is also usually good. I just usually stay away from the burgers, pizza, and tenders because aside from those items, the food here is good.
