I am a huge Zaxbys lover and this location has only made me love it even more. The employees are ALWAYS so so kind and super efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They never get my order wrong and my food is always super yummy and fresh!
We ordered quite a bit of food and they didn't realize that we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches till about 5 min after they dropped the first one. They gave us a free appetizer to hold us over. Great customer service and the food was great aswell

Beginning to figure out that Zaxby's secret ingredient is salt. Woke up with powerful thirsts twice after a dinner of wings and things. Been a longtime fan of this meal. Always ordered Tongue Torch. Decided to try lemon pepper rub. Great taste, but I ordered traditional wings and received boneless, aka nuggets. Was parked as they prepared chicken I was told while 3 customers behind me received bags of food and left before I could. Pleasant staff. Just another fast food business that's on a slow death course. Seems this is happening in most drive through. At almost $15 per order, you'd hope you would at least get what you ordered.

Absolutely unbelievably insanely good food wow oh my God it is so good. You should bring your entite extended family here especially if they like chicken because the chicken is wow so insanely good wow it is so good. One time when I came to Zaxby's I got the chicken tacos and it was so incredible and I couldn't contain how excited I was because it was so good and I started crying of pure joy. Thank you Zaxby's God bless the incredible employees of this amazing restaurant. Especially the cashiers they are so great especially this one dude who is really cool who I keep forgetting the name of but he's really cool and does really good work. I also have so many good ideas for chicken recipes so if Zaxby's wanna hit me up then 👍

Ordered on the app, picked sauces for my order not knowing it gets tossed in your selection(we prefer it on the side because we share and split them). Asked for it to be remade plain before leaving the drive thru, and they weren't even willing to fix a simple mistake, now that is nobody's fault directly other than how the app is set up. But still, that's a simple fix and they weren't willing when I feel like any other business would. Last time at Zaxby's. I worked here at one point and it happened all the time.

If you're a fan of Zaxby's, you might want to skip this location. I've given it several tries because it's convenient, but it consistently falls short. Prices are noticeably higher than other nearby Zaxby’s—like the one in Lenoir—and the food quality just doesn’t measure up. My most recent order was a platter that came with a tiny spoonful of coleslaw that tasted off, like it was the last of a batch that should have been tossed. The chicken tenders didn’t seem fully cooked either. For the price, I expected better.
