The ONLY Zaxby's to ever get my gluten allergic mother's order correct, our cashier even made sure to personally ask the cook to make the salad on a seperate area. Amazing!!

It looks like a bite was taken out of my nibbler. I guess that’s why they’re called nibblers haha; bc the workers nibble on it when they make your food. Seriously though, I don’t like to complain often. But after pulling forward, away from the drive through window to wait only 30secs for my food to be ready, makes no sense as there was no line behind me! This requires the employee to walk far away from the kitchen to just hand me my food when I was already at the window, where the workers are and where the food is prepared. I just don’t understand why fast food places can’t seem to figure out how to efficiently get orders out. Nine times out of ten, I have no complaints from Zaxbys. And They are always very friendly. However, today I am rather upset with the quality of the food I received today. $15 for a meal that looks messed up. I won’t be ordering nibblers again.

VERY SLOW! We live in Boone and have been here several times over the past couple years and every single time they ask us to pull forward to wait for our food, and it’s not just a few minutes. It’s at least 15 min every time. We eat at zaxbys often when traveling and have never had this issue anywhere else. I don’t understand why this one can’t figure it out. Giving two stars because obviously the chicken is freshly cooked and is good but the wait gets very old.
The food was so salty that I could not eat it and no one was at the counter for me to say anything with you first trip probably my last very small portions but since I couldn't eat it didn't really matter

The tenders (fingers) were good. The boneless wings were all breading, hard as rocks and barely sauced. The southern fried shrimp were really good.

I only gave two stars because I’ve had no issues with the staff ever, but the food here Sucks now. Just came through for lunch and got the #4 combo. Only ate 1 of the boneless wings. Tasted like it came straight out a freezer bag, fries were both somehow overcooked and soggy. I love Zaxby’s and always have but this location kinda sucks now. Last time I went, same story on the wings, fries were better last time, but the drink machine was almost out of options and was completely out of ice. Won’t be returning to this Location. Went to the one in Lenoir a month ago and had really good food and it was much cleaner.
