We come here Simi frequently and enjoy it when it goes smoothly. Sometime the wait can be long due to the call ins they get. Today was one of those days. Lady at the counter was on the phone with a customer for 10 minutes while we patiently waited. I was seated due to being 36 weeks pregnant while my husband stood a few steps from the counter waiting to be addressed. The problem is when an absolutely looser of a human cut line and stood Infront of the pizza buffet hot counter. Despite knowing we were there waiting she took his order first. My husband was enraged and we almost left (pulled out of the parking space but decided we really didn't want to drive further out) I begged him to hold his tongue for stress was the last thing I needed being this pregnant. We went back in where we lost our spot in line and another lady finally came up to take the phone calls. Service was still not any faster. Then I when we order I should have paid attention to the screens because she rang up my grilled chicken wrap as a fried chicken sub... We took it togo because we were already irritated with the wait and ignorance from that other customer and quite frankly, that staff member. Sub (and all the other food ordered) was still good no complaints other then it not being the right order. Seems like alot of knew people in there that day so I only hope this is addressed with staff. I gave 3 stars because usually we have a decent experience but this was pretty upsetting. 1 star event at an otherwise 4 star hole in the wall establishment. Maybe not a gem but a shiny rock for sure.

We order here frequently and tonight we just wanted ice cream. We went online to check to see what time they closed and it says 10pm. We arrived at 9:03. We were informed they were closed and could not take our order.. even though the employee was ringing up an order being picked up and there was money still in the cash register. THEIR HOURS ARE INCORRECT online.. they close at 9pm.. and in fact, will NOT take orders past 8:45pm (from past experiences). Please correct your hours on your website and on all Map apps so others will have correct info.

This place was my favorite to meet an old friend just to stay in touxh while having a good cold beer and sandwich. Their burgers were the very best. A good sized grilled burger that looked like it was made fresh into a patty. Heard they changed cooks and yesterdsy quitr evident. The little burger was just a small you can tell pre pressesd piece of meat with hardly any taste and thr color matching pork sausage patties at a breakfast bar. Also back then one could order a 4 ounce or 6 inch grilles bueger like burger king cooks them. Told my buddy yesterday we will meet somewhere else from now on. Should have seen the writing on the wall when they brought our food out in paper containers instead of the nice red plastic trays that thet had for years. Note. You cant cut quality in a small town where people go and know their product. Sad.

First. I didn't tip when i picked up my pizza and it was quite obvious i got treated differently from this. And i feel they also burnt my pizza on purpose because after i paid my bill and didn't tip the cook said ill have your order up in a few the lady who i paid said dont worry about it take your time and she was cold shoulder to me after. I dont feel you should tip picking up an order. It wasn't delivered and i didn't sit down to be wait on. ALSO. besides the fact my pizza was burnt i ordered the XXL which looked like a 16 inch which said 18 inch and even an 18 inch is just a large in most places ot definitely didn't have xtra cheese. The price has gone up and quality and service has gone down. I wont make this mistake again ill go somewhere else

Your hours state you are open until 10pm. I call to place a to go order and the lady states the kitchen shuts down at 8:45 when the dang on hours state till 10pm. If your kitchen closes then you need to change your damn hours online

First time here food is awesome well worth it only one thing be better is philly cheese stake just little more meat and cheese be perfect to philly I'm from Philadelphia and finally found a cheese steak that taste like it from home deffently be a regular customer from here out
