I called the customer care line to get it corrected, but when I went to the restaurant the next morning, they still hadn’t received the report, and I hadn’t gotten an email confirmation yet. Despite this, the manager Maggie and an employee named David went above and beyond to assist me. They were professional, kind, and quick to ensure my meals were corrected. Their excellent service turned the situation around, and I left completely satisfied. Thank you to the team for showing why Chick-fil-A is known for its amazing customer service!“
