In the past, there have been problems with orders being incomplete or incorrect, including missing plates and sauces. On one occasion, a customer ordered a salad but was not provided with silverware, and the salad was smaller than usual. Another customer had to go through the drive-thru to receive their curbside order, which seemed to have been sitting out for a while. Despite these issues, the food, such as the chicken fingers and fries, has been praised for its taste.
