I enjoyed my ice cream today. We eat there a lot. Great service..
Hot day , food was great.
When I pulled in to the car hop area. The guy that took the order started with.... What do you want? Told him what I wanted. Just one combo. I asked to make it a large. He huffed said changed it. The lady that brought out the food. Didn't speak, smile or anything. I asked for extra napkins, she rolled her eyes.
Food was cold. I had a hot dog and tots. Tots cold and hard. Hot dog was cooked just really cold. Chili was colder then anything. It was so bad I didn't eat it.

Sonic Drive-In offers a mixed dining experience. The food quality can vary depending on the time of day, with some customers praising the consistently hot and fresh meals. For example, one customer enjoyed a hot and delicious #1 Double Smash Burger with Crinkle Cut Fries and a Large Coke, delivered by a friendly staff member. However, others have had less satisfying experiences, such as receiving cold fries or missing parts of their orders, like a strawberry cheesecake shake that lacked the cheesecake. The service is generally quick, but there are times when customers face delays, long wait times, or issues with the ordering system, especially when trying to call and resolve problems. The restaurant is kept clean, but parking can be difficult due to water puddles after rain, making it hard to find dry spots. Overall, Sonic Drive-In is a decent option for a quick snack or meal, but there is room for improvement in consistency and customer service.
