Not exactly sure what has happened to this Arby's. They used to be incredible and very dependable. Not any more. Last two visits were awful. Food quality, order accuracy and overall experience was terrible.

We just had dinner from this place. Most of it was non-edible. The doubble Beef n Chedar had a dribble of cheese sauce (all four of them). We asked for Arby's sauce, and got none. We selected ranch for our little guy's tenders, we got honey mustard. The food was all cold, and the meat did not even look like Arby's meat. This is by far the worst Arby's i have ever visited. Don't waste your money. We will never try it again.

First time in an Arby's in probably 15 years. This was probably one of my better experiences period from a fast food restaurant. And the food actually came out looking like it should. Well done at this location.

Was in the drive through for v good while and thought they weren't using it...I got out and went in to order.... not clean, and still had to wait for someone to take my order... then waited good while for our food

Waited in drive thru for 40 min. Then when I ordered of course the shake I wanted they didn't have access to make it once again.
I mean, it's fast food. It's edible. Not great, not terrible.

95 score usually a 99 or 100, Long lines during the day (inside and drive thru) during the day. And her shift is always stressed out!!! The NEW manager is not Customer friendly, during the day (I'm pretty sure that she's the GM.) Food is sloppy when prepared, during the day. Season is coming & it's obvious she won't be able to handle the influx of tourists that will be coming to Brevard. On the UPSIDE: EVERYTHING is awesome on 2nd Shift! Hotter, better food, and always friendly staff! BTW I've cut my visits from 4/7 days to maybe 2 or 3 a month. 😵💫

Sucked waited 27 minutes in drive thru just to take my order. Was there total of 51 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Had 5 employees only one car in front of me absolutely ridiculous. Food was nasty and cold. Won't go back
