Very friendly staff. I can’t remember when I have been waited on in a fast food restaurant by someone so polite and truly interested in the conversation. Ordered a double, but received a single.
Went in the restaurant ordered a beef and cheddar. I told them I was in a hurry. There were no other customers in the restaurant, only cars coming through the drive thru. I waited for almost 20 minutes watching them prepare food for the drive thru customers and ignoring me. Finally I told them to just forget and got a refund. No apology or explanation.

You guys need to get it together my chicken sandwich wasn't even cooked. It was still frozen in the middle and I bit into it and almost threw up exclamation point I'm not sure why you guys can get away with that type of stuff but if you want to hit me back for a refund on my $20 bill that I got that would be just fine. And I'll pull this review down and put the food back up to 5:00 and service back up to a 4 because you need new helpers in there. Sorry to leave a bad review guys but you guys need to get yours, and I need to get mine.

We went to Arby's today and after waiting in the drive thru line 30 minutes, sitting at the window for 10 minutes at least. The cashier was very slow, made a mess of our shake and our food was so cold we couldn't finish eating it. We spent a lot of money for bad service and cold food.

One of the employees' kids was there and she was sitting and standing on the tables and running all about. No employee said anything to her. Never seen this before at Arby's.

Had quick dinner since my other stop was shut down due to construction. Had roast beef sandwiches and both were fresh bun and hot roast beef. Had jalapeno bites were cooked perfect. Drive was little but not too bad seems they need some help .

Went there yesterday 3-27-24. I usually get the lamb gyro which is always delicious. I was given a sandwich with NO gyro sauce. I went back to the counter and asked for a separate container of the gyro sauce and was told they didn't have any. I was offered mayo and a couple of other condiments but it wouldn't be a gyro. I said I shouldn't have been sold a gyro with no sauce and no mention of it. I refused and ordered their special. (Not good either). The counter guy complained that he would have to throw the gyro away. Yah? ? 3-28-24 I have been unable to access the site you offered to further comment on this situation.
