Dont know who your server is. A bunch of kids working here walking around playing on phones, kitchen staff hanging out on the floor and wearing slides instead of proper shoes. Been here twice and each time we have been there one of the cooks is on the service floor with his spouse and baby. One time the food wasn't as burnt on the bottom. All are sweet but not very professional. Customers standing trying to pick up orders while these young kids stand there on cell phones.

Everything is a 5 🌟 except the prices. Some of them are a bit high in comparison to similar restaurants. The quality makes up for it though and I would still go back. Staff was great. Atmosphere is always enjoyable.

We love Big Mike's the food is always hot and delicious. Our waitress tonight was a little spacecased kept getting everything mixed up and telling my son what to do. So wasn't to happy with that and then a few minutes later another waitress came into work with a black mini skirt on so short that my young boys could see her tonsils from her backside. So I had to keep getting on them for turning around gawking at her because she kept prancing by our table and bending...
