Nice atmosphere for a coffee shop and in great location. Downtown Brevard and on the edge of Brevard College campus. Naturally you'll see many students there. The coffee is excellent. Worth checking out. They also have a newer and bigger place in Hendersonville.
Appalachian Coffee schlepped through the pouring rain to our campsite on the #frenchbroadpaddletrail to cater our breakfast. I found the Appalachian Coffee Company at Brevard College in Brevard and stopped in for a latte and sweet treat. My latte was expertly made -- rather than lukewarm like so many espresso drinks are, it was hot. Perfect! I also enjoyed the lighter roast for a change from the more typical dark Italian or French roast. I enjoyed my drink with a very tasty molasses spice cookie which was bursting with chewy ginger.
