Wow. Just wow. This is insanely good. I want to start off by saying that the customer service was really great. When I called on the phone to ask about food allergies they were extremely aware and gave choices of many solutions. I almost did not come here because I was afraid as a person with celiacs I would not be able to eat here.
This is a drive-thru only but it is completely worth it. I ended up getting the brisket and the ribs. Honestly the brisket was a 3 out of five. It was a little bit on the dry side and I've definitely had better brisket in the past. But the ribs were out of this world. My five star rating is solely based on the fact that these ribs are something that I will be dreaming about my entire life.
The sides has a wonderful vinegar flavor. I don't love mustard but the mustard dip was good. Id totally come here again.

Smoke On BBQ was amazing! The brisket and pulled pork sandwich were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and packed with smoky goodness. Their BBQ sauce is incredible, and the seasoned fries were the perfect side. Seriously, if you’re anywhere near Brevard, this place is a must-try!

I’ve been driving by for years and finally decided to stop a few nights ago. It did not disappoint! Food was fresh and delicious with generous portions. I even loved the Cole slaw and I’m not normally a fan of Cole slaw. If you get caught in the line, it’s definitely worth the wait! Can’t wait for my next visit.

It's a drive thru, which knocked the atmosphere score down. The BBQ was very good. Brisket actually had a bite to it and wasn't mush, same with the ribs. My ribs were a little thin (they were an end cut), but they put more ribs than normal on my plate. Both had really good flavor. They had a good assortment of BBQ sauce (white, red sweet, red spicy and mustard) all of which were home-made, served on the side (thank the Lord). Actually had white bread on the plate. Overall really good. Not Texas good brisket, but as good as you are going to get outside of Texas.

The food is good and seasoned well. The ladies at the window are always kind and welcoming. The only issue is the wait time. It takes sometimes close to an hour to get through the long line of cars. Fast service at times, but would be great if they got two windows and did not take just 1 order at a time.
First time here. Excellent tasty brisket sandwich. Tender meat with a delicious smoky flavor. Ill be back next time I'm in town.

The best (& only) option for bbq in Brevard. Great tasting sides (taso ham…), quick service (the line moves surprisingly quick—its a drive thru), and bbq’ed meat that DOESN’T need to be drowned in sauce or salted/seasoned. The brisket, pulled pork & pulled chicken taste amazing as-is and are moist.
Be advised. Check their hours. We ate here in a Thursday and then returned on Sunday—they were closed on Sunday. We made a huge mistake of getting bbq at the other place which is at best, a tourist trap.
