Went inside to order 7:30 on a Sunday morning. While ignoring me, they continued serving drive-through customers. Apparently, they were out of biscuits. As I’m patiently waiting my turn I hear them telling drive-through customers eight minute wait for biscuits then 12 minute wait for biscuits and so forth. After the fifth drive-through order they took and the weight jumping to almost 20 minutes, & still being ignored, I left.
*** I already emailed you guys as it has been a canned feedback follow up for all the bad feedback you receive….

I like Bojangles. They have great biscuits. So far everything I've had has been worth getting again. Better than most FF places out there ... esp. for breakfast/brunch.

Bojangles has probably one of the worst customer service, don't know about other places outside of brevard, but especially the people taking orders at drive through, i have to say most recently I've been coming out feeling very disrespected, in my interactions with um. Which sucks because I like fried chicken.

Seriously the worst and slowest service I have ever experienced at a Bojangles. Brevard deserves better - every place deserves better. Get your staff motivated to actually work or send them packing,

It being a manager makes this all the more worse. Next time you are working drive thru and expoing food, don't be wiping your crusty lips with your bare hands and handling food without properly washing and sanitizing. Unsanitary and disgusting. This location just keeps getting worse and worse and 99% of the time it's the revolving door of managers they keep hiring and not really holding them to a higher standard. I'm at a point they have lost my business. May report this to the Health Department as well.

As an over the road traveller's,( i do store remodeling, and travel gor work),this the # 1 Bo'jangle that I ever visited. Great people and friendly staff. Super clean also. Will definitely come back on my nxt assignment
