Ate lunch here today front desk lady was awesome on service and working very hard to fill orders. However as I observed and waited for my food there was a lot of profanity from employees that could be heard out front in lobby I also watched employees talking and looking at phones instead of trying to fill orders I had to wait on biscuits to be cooked. Not sure if you would want to bring kids here more a hangout spot than a fast food restaurant!

The food here is good, standard Bojangles, but the service is absolutely wretched. Every time I go in or go through the drive thru the employees act like they wish I was dead, and the order is never correct. Having worked retail and food service, I'm sympathetic to people having a bad day, but when it's every single time regardless of how polite I am or how easy my order is, the issue is clearly just unpleasant employees. Get your fried chicken somewhere else, this Bojangles isn't worth the hassle.

Doordash orders aren't counted as regular customers here I watched employees fulfil 20 or more orders after the doordasher was waiting for over 20 minutes. Management should have those orders done before the dasher gets there no matter how busy they are.

Worst chicken I have ever had from a Bojangles. Batter hard and extremely dry. Chicken tough. Potatoes and gravy ok. Did not give me the slaw I ordered. Biscuit was the best food I had.
Food was hot. Good flavor. Ham was a bit overcooked and dry. Seems like the biscuits are getting smaller.
