I once was told at the drive through to wait at a Parking spot even though no one was behind me. I waited and waited, I would see cars get their food and leave 30 min past by and I would see employees outside on a smoke break. I was beyond upset. I got down and asked what's taking long. The establishment forgot about my order and had no recollection of me ordering. I showed them my receipt so another 30 minutes went and my food was finally ready. At home after I opened my family dinner the food was terrible.

There has been 2 times recently that this Bojangles has charged me for more on my card without telling me at checkout, and shorting me 5+ dollars when I pay with cash, only to make me wait 20+ minutes while they counted their whole drawer. And the chicken always seems like it has been sitting for days. I’ve just given up on this location for good. Good luck to your digestion if you eat here 🍀

We stopped by with our high school ball team (14 people) at 8:55 on a Friday night. As we got off the bus to walk in they locked the door on us. That’s about as poor of service as a business can get. I would give them a zero if possible.

The kids that work there are well mannered. But the older woman manager in there is rude. I am in there ordering and all hear her do is put the workers down and call them names and in front of customers also. There was four other customers in there with me and heard it all and we was getting very upset. And she didnt care how they felt or the customer's she kept talking to them like dogs. They need to get rid of her. Those kids work hard and all she does is put them down. Not very professional.

the ai voice in drive thru is quite unsettling, and it took forever for our food...20+ minutes is insane even for a busy hour...
I really can’t stand the AI voice that takes the order in the drive thru. It’s so stiff and I never know what I’m supposed to do or if it gets everything. Well today I ordered 2 biscuits and a large tea. Only got one biscuit and a tea. A human would have heard me. What’s weird is there are people making food and taking your money. What’s so wrong with customer service that people can’t do basic conservation? My food was fine but I hate talking to a machine to give my order.

Went inside to order 7:30 on a Sunday morning. While ignoring me, they continued serving drive-through customers. Apparently, they were out of biscuits. As I’m patiently waiting my turn I hear them telling drive-through customers eight minute wait for biscuits then 12 minute wait for biscuits and so forth. After the fifth drive-through order they took and the weight jumping to almost 20 minutes, & still being ignored, I left.

I like Bojangles. They have great biscuits. So far everything I've had has been worth getting again. Better than most FF places out there ... esp. for breakfast/brunch.
