I & my beagle went through the drive-through today as we have done many times before. I asked for a pup cup and the boy at the drive-through said no. There is my beagle standing on my leg with big brown eyes, wagging his tail in anticipation. He has always received a pup cup before, but evidently this boy hates dogs. So if you don't want to have your friend disappointed, don't go through cookout in Brevard. I canceled our order and we went through Wendy’s

My friend went and got food from the cookout on her way home when she got home everything in my tray was dry and brunt. They should pay more attention I know they have made bigger mistakes with my orders before but I don’t like freezing my two year old stuff she will choke on because it’s so dry

Poor quality tiny burgers. Order was wrong plus husband’s double burger had no meat! We had to drive back down there! Cajun fries were plain fries. Some terrible cooks.

I literally waited 40 minutes for a burger, fries and some onion rings. Apparently the burger came out first but I didn’t know because some other guy took it, opened it up and brought it back in. Then they still try to give me the burger. I declined to take the burger once my number was called and i figured out what happened. Then they forgot to give me the fries and onion rings. I think they just took the burger in the back and just rewrapped it and told me it was a fresh one. Disgusting! Be aware! Where is the management at this place? I was seconds away from demanding my money back. I feel so disgusted by this place now I won’t be back!

Blech this place is digusting ? Every time I come here I remember why it's been almost a year since I've last been to Cookout. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so burnt that half of it was literally black. And for $5 there couldn't have been more than 2oz of chicken in that patty. I literally feel nauseous after eating here, if you want a spicy chicken sandwich just go to Wendy's.
