Such a great spot, delicious coffee. The biscuit sandwich with goat cheese & greens was super weird - amazing biscuit with tasty goat cheese but the greens was a big clump of what seemed to be microwaved frozen spinach, which was inedible. The goat cheese was good but also was a huge glop. Need to use fresh greens and spread the goat cheese and this would be 5 stars.
We come up to Brevard most every summer to attend concerts at the Brevard Music Center, and stop by Cup & Saucer at least once during that time. The coffee is great - love an Americano! - and the baked goods and quiches are as well. I’m seriously craving one of their fantastic fig and almond biscotti today.
