As a former Dunkin employee this was by far the worst donut I have ever hard. The donuts were rock hard, maybe leftover from the day before. Also the glazed donuts only half the donut had glaze on them. The Munchkins had NO GLAZE on any of them and all the donuts were very dry.

This is a go to spot for me since it’s on my way to work. The staff always seem like I’m bothering them when I enter the establishment. They see you come in and continue to stand in the corner whispering until someone finally decides they’re going to take your order. When they do finally help you they are very unfriendly and it still feels like I’m bothering them at the job they are getting paid to do. Food is always good though.

Lobby is closed with no notice. Placed an app order for in store pick up 20 mins ago. Came in and the lobby is locked with no signage. I can't cancel my order, so was forced to sit in drive thru line for 15 more minutes to get my order. What is the point of ordering ahead if I can't just go in and grab it.

Went through the drive through to get a coffee and a sandwich. The croissant sandwich was hard as a rock. Also my medium coffee is half empty. I grew up with dunkin' donuts, and I will not be coming back to the one in brevard.

They tried to give me the wrong coffee twice finally gave me the right one and it was horrible. Tasted burnt, had the wrong flavoring, was supposed to be decaf not sure couldn't drink it. The bacon on my toast was only half cooked so couldn't eat that either. $13 wasted.

Amazing. We got some donuts and iced coffees. They where beautifully made. The donuts where so fluffy and packaged well. They where nice when ordering and the experience took less than 5 minutes. 10/10 Four donuts and 2 medium coffees for $13 is a good price. They accidentally gave us a powdered donut instead of a jelly filled but still good!
Donuts were stale like nasty and hard. Definitely old.

Just went through the drive thru due to the inside being closed. Attempted to get a coffee with no luck. Waited and waited for several minutes. We pulled away and the staff were not friendly!! Very poor customer service for sure.

Has a sign posted on the drive through saying that are open at 5 am, always have the lights and menu signs on, and flat out ignore customers until 6am. Won’t even say hey sorry we’re closed, just hide in the back until you get frustrated and drive off.

Staff were so disrespectful, I ordered a dozen donuts and asked for 4 chocolate sprinkle and 4 Boston crème and an extra 4 ASSORTED donuts. They gave us 8 chocolate sprinkle plus our cremes. we went back to say something about the fact they doubled up on the chocolate sprinkle, 2 lady’s caught an attitude when we said we wanted to try some new donuts bc we don’t come to Dunkin’ often and we ordered 4 assorted. She proceeded to complain to us about having to pay for the 4 new donuts out of pocket and when we asked how much they are because at that point we’re feeling bad and she slammed the drive thru window.
